Mohammed at Hyde gardens in Eastbournewas lovely and efficient. I had to change my dentist as I had missed an appointment and I was a bit worried about what I would end up with as my last dentist was really good but I neadent have worried. Really good experience .

My experience with the hygienist at Hyde gardens surgery was amazing, she was very thorough and super gentle and my teeth look and feel amazing. And the receptionist was super helpful and really welcoming. Would highly recommend them.

This has to be the worst dental group in history.so many of their practices don't even have fully qualified dentists and if they do there only there one day a week.never answer phones,low levels of hygiene,just trying to get Max money out of NHS with minimal work.will repeatedly cancel appointments over and over again.Even the staff who work there leave awful reviews,they should be closed for bad practice and defrauding the NHS.Reply to Southcliff,way ahead of you got a new dentist a month ago who is excellent.unlike yourselves they have multi FULLY QUALIFIED DENTISTS who can carry out all procedures,a clean environment and are very much appreciated by me.your reviews speak for themselves,very poor,some of your surgeries have been investigated and your sudden blocks of good reviews all close together are clearly fake to bump you up.YOU SOUTHCLIFF DENTAL PRACTICE ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE NHS AND ALL IT SHOULD STAND FOR.

No delay to be seen and check up was done as I would wish. Reception staff were helpful and made sure my next appointment bookings were arranged and suitable.

I’ve been with South Cliff Dental in Whitehawk Brighton for over three years now, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and care. I’m about to embark on further chemotherapy, so it was important for me to get my teeth checked beforehand. The dentist was amazing—thorough with the check-up and explained everything clearly and kindly.

They did a back filling and also repaired a chipped front tooth—better than when I had it done privately! I also saw the hygienist, who was excellent as always. The whole team takes time to explain treatments and make sure you feel comfortable throughout. I really appreciate the care and attention, especially during a time when my health is more complex.

Went to the Mayfield branch this morning. Thorough check up and x rays. Kept well informed throughout the appointment. Will definitely return.

Practice were unable to replace a lost filling, I was given a temporary filling, that I was told may fall out. Then what, I asked? you can have another temporary or have the tooth out. Rather disappointing of course, but then I was incorrectly charged for the treatment. I queried the charge and received several rather belittling responses, telling me I was wrong and confused. However after I posted a review, they suddenly got in touch and issued a refund for the overcharge, after 3 months. Communication appalling.

They were ok. Appointments were easy to book and got in fast to be seen, suspiciously quick. Maybe because no one goes here. Rightfully so. It's the worse dentists I've been to so far and I want to move.
Went in for a checkup to get a mouth guard for jaw issues. this was put in from the hospital.
They did the checkup, place is cramped. I told the man I can't hold my jaw open for very long and will need to close it periodically. He seemed almost irritated by it. Kept telling me to open. Not a great first impression.
He picked out some of my fillings, then told me I needed to book in for more fillings. My teeth felt fine before this appointment. I went in for a MOUTH GUARD. They didn't mention it once. Gave me xrays, never told me any results about those, or anything else for that matter. He didn't even tell me why he was doing things, just did them and just assumed it'd be fine.
They told me I needed to spend £75 for a cleaning. Twice. Even when I said I didn't want to. They told me I needed it, my teeth are slightly yellowed but not covered in tar tar or anything.
When i booked again, because I was told to, they never told me why I needed another check up instead of WHAT I ASKED FOR. Booked in for a second appointment. They told me the wrong time in person. 45 minutes later than my original appointment.
The sent the email to my mum instead of me, so when I called about my appointment. They told me I missed it and put down a FTA. When they never texted me or called me; they have my number and email.
They ignore their emails, calling takes a while.
They're 'nice but nice doesn't make them good. They're not good. It's like they just want to make money than actually help people.

I now have issues with throbbing that I didn't have before.

The dentist covered a broken tooth with some cement using her fore finger then I was told that there was nothing more they could do.
This dental practise was independant for many many years then finally taken over by the corporate group. Previously I had had the best treatment and was fully satisfied. When it was taken over the receptionist blocked me from seeing my regualr dentist for some reason. I have no idea why. I was then left at the mercy of dentists who didn't have the knowledge to attend to the pursuing problem of a tooth breaking after eating a rock hard almond. Twice this has happened and twice I have had to have it fixed by the one and only dentist who was experienced enough to do so. Left to their decisions they would have pulled my tooth. I have absolutely no trust in the practise at all and have left now. Your teeth are everything and quite honestly now it is just a money making corporate business that work on fast turnover to fuel their greed. Tragic.

Had my appointment with my new dentist, I was made so welcome, the atmosphere was so relaxing and good communication very informative.
I highly recommend South Cliff Dental Practice, Trinity Trees, Eastbourne without any doubt.

I previously had excellent experiences with Bewbush Practice, but since the management transitioned to South cliff Dental Group, the quality of service has noticeably declined. There seems to be a lack of stability, with managers changing almost every month. Back in January, I spoke with a manager named Ro, who was very helpful and professional. However, my recent interaction with the current manager, Muskin, was disappointing. She struggled to communicate effectively in English and was unaware of the appointment I was enquiring about. Sadly, due to the ongoing decline in service, I can no longer recommend Bewbush Practice.
