We found Southampton port parking meet and greet extremely well organised. Our car was waiting for us on our return by very polite and efficient staff.

Used for first time and were very impressed with the Meet & Greet Service. Staff were helpful and friendly. Car was in good condition upon return. Highly recommend.

Do not use and I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking, arrived back to collect my car on the 26th of May at the port of Southampton and a week later received a parking fine for £60.00, I have sent so many emails and tried to call, they never answer the phone or replay to emails, I am now in contact with my credit card company to try and get my money back if I am not successful, I will be looking at a small claims court, they need to be shut down!!

Landed back on Iona 3rd Jun after a wonderful cruise only to joint around 200 passengers awaiting their cars to be delivered. It had suggested that we would have to wait 20 minutes more like 2 hours and then the gift that keeps on giving the £50 parking fine arrived 2 weeks later. Will try and claim through the small claims court and see how we got on. I recommend that you DO NOT USE this unprofessional incompetent business.

Booked the service for our first cruise. Worst mistake ever. Dropped the car off, to find they couldn't find my booking, fortunately I had my copy. Thought this was just a hiccup and went on my cruise. Returned a weekly later and after waiting in the hot sun in the car park with about 50 other people for over 2 1/2 hours. People were getting frustrated as the drivers would tell anyone when their cars would arrive or where they were. I and a few other drivers then had to walk over a mile into the Town to collect our keys from a bloke operating out of the back of a car, but didnt know where the car was parked. After 31/2 hours I collected my car and left. Then 1 week later received 2 parking charges for the car being parked in car parks while I was away.

Diabolical no better than a scam company take your money even if they cant get your vehicle in then don't reply or assist fraudsters

Arrived on the 26th of May with 2 x severely disabled children and wife dropped of at P&O terminal i left to park our vehicle. On arrival the van wouldn't fit under the barriers so called the number a chap came down and went well it won't fit so i asked where can i go, his reply was not my problem and walked off.

We have subsequently emailed for a refund not even an acknowledgement hence the 1 star review which deserves to be zero as the did nothing for the 1 star. I drove back to P&O terminal and they sorted a space out at CPS which was full and are really helpful

Avoid at all cost and use CPS next to the terminal

Absolutely do not use this service . It is a huge scam . When we got back at may flower terminal on
7th June we had to wait over two hours than the time slot to pick car up .., extremely stressful and chaotic . And yesterday we got a parking ticket from Britannia car park for this cheats parking our car there . We appealed but with no use .THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CHEATS . NEVER EVER USE THEM. THIS FIRM SHOULD NOT TRADE AT ALL

We booked the park and transfer option offered by this company.
En route to the port on 16th May, we telephoned the number as advised to warn of our arrival and so we could be directed exactly where to park. The staff member answering was very polite but the advice he gave was not consistent with previous written information. Minutes later, we received a call back, and he apologised for giving us wrong information - he thought we were parking at the port. No harm done as we had plenty of time to divert, but when we reached the correct place - the NCP car park - there was no-one to advise where we should go and we eventually drove up the levels to floor 11, where we saw a chap with a clipboard and what appeared to be a minibus parked nearby. He arranged the transfer which took place eventually. However, the whole process did not fill me with confidence for the return process.

I will try to be brief.... When we returned to disembark from ship on 20th May, I again phoned as requested to advise that we needing collection. We were outside the Arrivals hall by 8am. I was assured that someone had been despatched to pick us up. Several phone calls over the next 2 and a half hours, repeated assurances but no vehicle arrived. I must also point out that during these phone calls, I could hear what I can only describe as chaos going on in the background.

By the time a vehicle did arrive, around 1025am, the driver was 'swamped' by a large group of passengers (who had arrived much later than us) who 'bullied' the driver into taking them. He did not seem to have any idea who he was there to collect.

We'd had enough by this time and so walked to the nearby taxi rank and paid an extra fee to be re-united with our vehicle. The staff apologised profusely for the delay, and tried to blame a rival company that also provides that service. But, as I pointed out, I was on the phone speaking to their company.

My e mails to Global parking management ( as recommended by their website online chat facility), met with no acknowledgement or response whatsoever. Why am I not surprised??

Shocking customer service with seemingly well meaning individuals operating with no discernible organisation. I did advise them of my intention to submit a review if I hadn't heard from them, so it seems they are pretty consistent in not giving a damn about their customers.

Do not use this company. It is a scam. We paid £125 for meet and greet and even handing the keys over we were unsure. When we returned from the cruise the police where in the car park and the company had just parked the cars in random places and we had go find the cars ourselves. I also received a car parking ticket from the short stay car park where we handed the keys over £100 and so far a £100 fine for parking in a retail park with no ticket ! 2nd June 2023. Don’t believe the live chat on their app ! All lies !

Two £100 fines and a dent. Those were our bonus prizes from Southampton Port Parking Services when we paid £167 for 12 days parking at the "Mayflower" cruise terminal in May 2023. The booking process was smooth enough, and handover and handback were a little chaotic, but we got there in the end. It wasn't until after we got home and noticed the dent that we realised that perhaps they hadn't looked after our car as well as we'd hoped. And that was before the parking fine letters arrived - turns out they'd left the car in a short stay car park for hours after we dropped it off. Same on the way back. So two separate fines - meaning I had to go through the laborious appeals process twice. Taken together - the chaotic handover/handback; the damage; and the parking fines - these are strongly indicative that this company is poorly organised and lacking in genuine care for its customers. Use them at your own peril...!

Please don’t use this company, you are better off parking in West Quay shopping centre and walking. The experience we had was shambolic and extremely distressing. Our vehicle was due to be brought back to us at 8am and it NEVER turned up. The police were called and eventually I had to try and track it down.The company kept us and many other customers waiting over 3 hours with excuses, before we went on a hunt to find our vehicles. I was told by them that they thought it was in a multi-storey car park. I looked on all 7 floors and it wasn’t there. So then the company suggested I checked a retail park and I found it there. This was outrageous, overall I paid £100 and they abandoned the car and blocked my calls.

Recently we parked with Southampton port parking services. Today 9/6/23 I received a parking ticket. I don’t know what to do. I have appealed honestly I am so stressed.

We had the misfortune to book this company for one week's parking due to the fact that the usual car parking service we use, CPS, at Ocean Terminal, was fully booked. When we looked on the website for Southampton Cruise Port Services, the website looked very professional and they indicated they had been given five stars for service (but it doesn't say where from!). We handed our car and keys to a driver in the short term car park at Ocean Terminal as per the written instructions on the understanding the car would remain in a secure car park. On the 3rd June, when we arrived back in Southampton and went to the car park to get our car, we were met with total chaos. People who left the ship before us had been waiting three hours for the return of their cars and when the passengers tracked their cars, they had been parked in the car parks of stores such as Asda, Mamas and Papas, J D Sports. We had to wait for an hour and a half to get our car, despite booking a return for 10 a.m. Apparently, this company has been trading for six months at the port and there have been no end of problems, they are well known by the other car companies for their total incompetence. At one point there were approximately 100 people waiting for their cars, it was extremely shambolic and this company should not be allowed to trade at the port. To add salt to the wound, today we received a parking charge of £60 from Parking Eye, just for dropping our car off on the 27th May. The car was in the car park ten minutes. We are expecting another one to arrive for our exit on the 3rd June. I will be writing to Southampton Port Parking Services for a refund.

Great customer service, my car returned with no issues would highly recommend.

Recently left my car with them, had some questions as i havent done port parking before and the support team was very kind and helpful. I had no issues with the service either as it was fantastic, everyone was very pleasant and there were no worries with my vehicle, will definitely be using again when i go on my next cruise.

When collected my BLACK car, there were numerous long scratch red marks on the front right door. Staff and car parking staff who advised us report this to the customer service team which I did straight away. But I don't receive any response.

We had issue with a parking service initially booked. But this company helped on the spot to park our car and that is why we had good trip.

Excellent experience. Dropped car off at QE11 terminal but came back to mayflower. Sent a text to say I'll be off at 7.45 but actually got off by7.30. Car ready and waiting in mayflower short stay car park. No hassle. Really pleased with service.

Very efficient service delivered by friendly & helpful staff. We had requested our vehicle to be returned at 09:00 but we disembarked approx. 1.5 hours earlier. A call to the company & the vehicle was returned within minutes.

Used this company recently whilst on my short 4 day cruise, I found it very simple, with clear instructions. I was worried about leaving my car, as it is my pride and joy. However on my return the car was exactly how it was left, with less than 1 mile added. All members of staff was polite and even offered to load my suitcases into the car on return. Very happy with the service I paid for and will be using them again.
