Another great Soto experience. I had a few questions before ordering and the team were very helpful. Plants arrived very well packaged and within the time frame. The planting plan was easy to follow. Totally different experience than the ad highlighted reviews unfortunately - plants much smaller than photos depicted, bone dry in the boxes and poorly looked after. Wouldn’t shop here again - much more expensive than a garden center and not mature plants

The plants look healthy, but the geraniums are very small and not particularly good, they were also packed under heavy plants so were very squashed and flattened when removed from the packaging , just hope they will grow ! Expensive plants for what you get . The plan on how to plant , however is good and helpful .

Absolutely love the concept of Soto’s pre planned and purchase planting schemes.
I’ve now bought twice from Soto garden and would highly recommend their, plants, plans and custom service.
Did you know they can even help you with a difficult area of your garden with a refundable plan for your unusual shaped garden border if you purchase plants from them afterwards.
I found questions were answered within a day or so, delivery was on time as expected and communication was very good.
I highly recommend them.
My plants are slowly going in and look good but can’t wait for them to show off very soon.

When our plants arrived everything was very well packaged and in excellent condition. The planting map made it easy to put everything into the garden to display of the plants. No that everything is in place the plants are establishing well and the finial result will be magnificent

Great experience, I ordered my plants in a promotion for spring a couple of months ago. They arrived on the day requested very well packaged and healthy looking. The on line tutorials are very useful. Will definitely use again and recommend

Really well packed unlike some companies where you have to repot immediately on arrival and pray the plants survive! Really healthy plants that are all now in their permanent home and I look forward to seeing them grow for summer!

I have/had a problem flowerbed. It is a long, wide, shady to partially shady rectangle noting I put in it worked. Over the winter I did some research into landscape gardeners and found SOTO. SOTO has a range of collection of designs for flowerbeds and borders. In the collection I found a design that fit my needs, in that it was designed for a partially shaded wide border with plantings that are pet friendly and attract pollinators. I changed the colour scheme slightly to meet my needs. I purchased the recommended number of plants based on the length and width of the borders In February for Spring delivery. The plants arrived a few days ago and are healthy and vigorous. I’m a very happy customer, and will buy from SOTO again.

My plants arrived so fantastically packaged. The hydrangea was really well established and pruned to perfection. Would order more plants from them for sure.

Such a shame that although DPD were requested to put the plants in our potting shed that was through the side gate, they failed to do this and instead just left 5 very large boxes on our front porch!

Came on time and the rose was in good condition.
