5 stars for sure. Before I ordered I contacted Garden on a Roll to ask some questions- the communication was fast and fantastic. My order arrived as expected. Everything was well packaged and easy to follow instructions. My border looks amazing.

Love this service and product. Great idea to help us who have been floundering adding the odd bulb and plant into our garden for years and wondering why they don’t quite work together. We started again with the whole border and it arrived clearly labelled with everything we needed to plant the plants. Then plants look good already so we can’t wait to see how they mature!

Excellent service. This is my3rd order so must be good. Plants are lovely and fresh. I have only lost 1 plant and that is not their fault. I didn't realise it's cat mint and I have 4 large hairy maine coons lol.

The whole concept is great. You get a garden bed design and the plants all in one. It’s very easy to choose the right size and scheme. We ended up getting 2 different types as we had one bed which has a shady section and a sunny section. Planting was easy using the paper template and all the plants were nice and healthy. I am looking forward to seeing how they grow

Fantastic customer service and exceptional quality plants. I had to call the office to ask some questions before purchasing and the team could not have been more helpful. They gave me great advice and my plants are thriving.

Being able to specify a February delivery date when I ordered in late December was really helpful. The paper template is a brilliant idea and made planting really simple, took about an hour for two of us to plant up a 1.5m x 6m bed. Plants were well packaged and looked healthy on arrival, 2 months on we've only had one plant not survive with all the others doing really well in the early April sun and are starting to fill the space but it will probably be next summer before it looks like an established bed. I may add a few annuals in some of the gaps whilst it gets there.

Although we're fairly keen gardeners this really made the process easy with Mediterranean plants that compliment each other, I would probably have dithered over what to buy, spent more money and achieved a less effective display if left to my own devices.

The only criticism is there are no really tall plants or climbers. Given that most of us will plant against a 6ft fence the option for something like clematis or climbing roses to be included would have been good as I've purchased these separately.

The plants were smaller than I expected but mostly healthy probably not enough to create a full looking border so I bought more to fill it up so far nothing has died

I had been watching the Facebook ads for a while and finally parted with £120 for The English Cottage Garden selection.Delivery was very quick and the plants were very well packed. I was a little disappointed with the seven plants that were supplied, they were very healthy but I could have purchased the lavender, nepeta and geum plants from my local supplier for considerably less. If you’re a first time gardener or have no idea or interest in gardening then Garden On A Roll is ideal for you. But for now, I’ll be visiting my local supplier for some inspiration for my raised bed.

3 of the 7 plants small I thought they would be more established One of the plants very small could have brought for a couple of pounds at local garden centre.

Good advice, very flexible and prompt delivery.

Came across this company completely by accident, so glad I did, for someone who loves plants but has no clue on what, how, where to plant them, this idea/concept was perfect. We ordered 7m roll for a shady border, was lucky enough to get a 20% early bird offer. Arrived on date scheduled, plants were delivered in one large box and in great condition.
Planting was made easy by the paper roll marked out for each plant, now I just need to sit back, watch and wait for them to grow. Highly recommend.

Our garden needed a complete overhaul and we are so glad we found Garden on a Roll.
We cleared the garden, ordered our plants and the process could not have been easier.
The plants were boxed up, numbered and a large sheet of paper with numbered circles came with it.
We put the paper on the garden bed, matched the numbers up and started planting.
We added some mulch over the top and all of a sudden we had an instant garden.
What impressed us the most about Garden on a Roll is the after sale care & support.
Any questions we had were answered swiftly and the few plants that didn't take were replaced without a quibble .
We are now more than a year on from when we first put the plants in.
The plants have settled in well, have thrived over the past year and just now started to come back into bud.

I can't recommend Garden on a Roll highly enough, the concept is great and they deliver on all their promises.

A really simple process, the plants arrived in a good condition and the instructions were very clear. I'm excited to see how they grow and looking forward to plants being the right size and in the right place for a change.

Great service and delivery. Planted them all out today. Instructions clear and simple and there’s plenty of information on the website so I got the prep done beforehand. Good roots on all the plants. The only problem I had was that some of the pots were overturned in the packaging probably caused by rough handling by the courier so the packaging needs a bit of improvement to prevent this. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. I guess the proof of how good they are is in a few months time once they start growing. Fingers crossed they all develop well.

We have bought two borders from Garden on a roll and are super happy with the product. We have borders without the planning. After a few years of mess, now we have the beginnings of a beautiful garden with instant impact. We are looking forward seeing the plants bloom.

Already they are going into their space we only planted them months ago … we live in a tiny village everyone who walks passed comments on how nice that area looks and they are still fairly small … the lovely variety we got. I’m delighted.

Such a simple, yet incredibly effective and helpful idea. Plants were ordered for a permanently shady border by someone with very little clue of what to plant! This idea is genius. The plants arrived intact and have survived a few rough weeks of winter. Looking forward to see the border establish itself as the spring comes.
