Badly finished dog collar, I have tried to contact the customer service and sent them photos but they haven't replied and its been over a week, as i cant add the photo on here so i have made as my profile photo so it can be seen. I will send it back at my cost!

I purchased a couple of lovely times from Sophie Allport. Although there was a problem with one of the purchases, Sophie Allport's customer care was amazing. The issue was resolved in such a polite and speedy way with offer to exchange or refund. Beautiful items. Despite the little issue, products are beautiful and am I sure I will buy more.

Ordered the bees foldable rucksack as a birthday gift for my Mum and I think she’s going to love it! I love this bag and may even have to order one myself!, excellent quality, once opened doesn’t even look like it would fold away but it does! Classy design and finish!
I also love the look of the bedding and homeware range on the website...this is going to be my new go to designer, being a country living girl I absolutely love this stuff and so glad I stumbled across this website!
Added bonus ordered Thursday evening and delivered Saturday morning!

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size dog collar and emailed customer services requesting to change the size. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a swift response with order amendments made.

First class customer service received from Sophie Allport regarding a problem that developed with my dog bed. I sent photos of the problem and they kindly agreed to replace the item which I received the next day.

Lovely designs but so disappointed to find made in China label - shame

I purchased three range cooker towels. Two were gifts and I kept the last one for myself. I found the towel part very thin and after one wash I decided it looked as if it was an old towel and needed replacing. The stitching came apart from the towel leaving the velcro hanging off in parts from the towel.
I contacted Sophie Allport and explained the situation. The young lady on the phone asked if I could send it back, but what with the present situation (COVID) I decided against going to the post office.
My take on this situation would be to buy better towelling. To be honest, I would rather pay extra and have a decent product. I can’t comment on Sophie Allport’s other items. It’s a shame as I liked quite a lot on her website

I ordered Elephant bedlinen and two pillowcases. For some reason I hadn't realised that the duvet cover would include 2 pillowcases already meaning I have 4 pillowcases when I only need two. I opened the two additional ones first before I realised there were two more in the duvet cover pack. Sophie Allport will not refund the two unwanted pillowcases as I have opened them. How ridiculous and disappointing. They still have the creases in them and have barely been touched! I have never heard of such silly rules. The same items are for sale in John Lewis - if I had ordered through JL I could send them back no problem. Madness. It's not even the £24, it's the principle. Lovely bedlinen but I would never shop there again or recommend to anyone because the customer service is so poor. What a shame. Makes you not want to support small businesses at all which goes against all my shopping desires.

Very poor performance. Items ordered 8 Dec 2020 advised that they were in hand on 14 Dec. But then on 18 Dec told that the single main ( most expensive) item was not available. This was only hours before the other items arrived in the post - less the important main item. It is bad enough waiting 10 days when many others get items through within a week or even less.
Called Sophie Allport. They then found, they said, that they had located one of the missing item and it would as a gesture be sent "Next Day Delivery". however, surprise surprise, by 5.00pm the next day it had not come. Being ordered in early December it was for a Christmas present and now we only have the minor perts but not the main item. We are left wondering what we should do and how long we should wait!

Just received my online order. The Sophie Allport products are lovely and the website is very good. The products arrived very well packaged in card and paper. No plastic at all. Very impressed. Thank you
