My helper was so informative and helpful!

I wasn’t on hold for more than just a minute. My customer service person was delightful, helpful and I felt assured that my issue would be taken care of. I’m also very happy that I didn’t have to do anything to resolve my issue.

David was very good at answering our questions and bringing things up that we weren't aware of. Extremely polite and goodhearted.

David helped me with a problem that I have been trying to get resolved for a long time and was getting nowhere with the doctor or laboratory. He turned a very frustrating situation into a pleasant experience.
He was kind, knowledgeable, and took action instead of giving me the run-around. He made me feel I could trust Solidarity.

So fa everyone has been so helpful and kind. I have been a member on an off for the past 5 years. This is such a blessing. The nurse who is coaching my husband is extremely helpful.

We've used Solidarity for a few years and are incredibly grateful for them. Our son was born with Down Syndrome, a congenital heart defect, and suffered a brain injury during open heart surgery followed by seizures. He was a very expensive baby in his first 12 months. Solidarity has helped us work through this and paid for everything we expected. Sometimes it takes longer than I believe necessary, but I can live with that.

David went above and beyond my expectations!! I was so anxious and he resolved my issues wonderfully!

I had a very plenty experience with the customer service rep today. He was helpful and pleasant. He answered all of my questions thoroughly.

I am not satisfied with Solidarity Healthshare in terms of reimbursement though. It is taking quite a while to receive reimbursement, and communication about my claims have not been great. The rep explained the reason for the reimbursement delay. I hope that things will start speeding up soon.

My phone call with David was great. He was knowledgeable and calming. I’m just tired of bills being held up especially from the end of 2021 and for no particular reason.

I have had a wonderful experience with Solidarity Healthshare. I have been on it since I turned 62. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I am getting on Medicare as of December 1st, but am very thankful I had heard about Solidarity from a friend. I have recommended a couple of my friends to check out Solidarity. Thank you for all you do!

Solidarity has been a great experience. We have enjoyed being members the past few years. Also exciting to hear that they are growing their relationships with providers spread across the US giving us more options to make sure our billing process is smooth!

I’m still learning things. Everyone has been helpful navigating me through what is different from a traditional health insurance plan.

Our experience with Solidarity has been very positive over the past few years. We have had multiple interactions with their professional team, and each time they have proven to be kind, caring, knowledgeable and responsive; further, our sharing needs have been covered on an accurate and timely basis for the most part.

Time to reinburse is completely unacceptable. we have an amount that over 2 years ago.

I retired in January and was looking for insurance through other insurance agencies. I learned of health share and Solidarities Christian values, the team was very helpful in the onboarding process and has been very responsive to questions.

1) My wife spends 1-3 hours a week on the phone with Solidarity trying to get things paid.

2) If, and that’s a big IF, they do pay, be prepared to wait over 12 months for payment. You therefore need to be prepared to pay thousands of dollars for large expenses to avoid collections, and then pray Solidarity will satisfy its obligations, which it likely will not.

3) It arbitrarily refuses to share into things if it says the hospital/doctor charged too much, leaving you with the bill… but will provide not support or guidance on how to deal with the hospital.

4) They say they will notify you if anything is missing from claims you upload so that it can get promptly corrected; instead they will wait 6 months or more and let you know that the claim is rejected, and they will not provide a reason.

5) Processes and policies are constantly changing. Staff is wildly condescending when you aren’t up to speed on the new set of internal processes that they do not inform you about.

At best, Solidarity is negligently managed and inept. At worst, it’s a scam and needs to be investigated.

In true Solidarity form, the reply tries to blame the member for not providing proper coding information. This is absolute bologna, and Solidarity knows it. In a call with them, they have CONFIRMED that we have had multiple instances of providing the SAME information, and that their software has failed to recognize it or process it correctly.

This is not an honest organization. We have terminated our membership. Predictably, they will cut off our access to the billing system 100 days after the service ends, but it takes over 120 BUSINESS days for them to process charges. We expect to be engaged with them for the next couple years trying to get paid, and providing the same information over and over again.

6 days ago, and only after I posted a negative review, their "Member Resolutions Manager" contacted us via email. I responded requesting a time to speak about a specific bill, and have not heard back from them. So it's laughable that the response asks me to contact their "Member Care Team"

Stay away. If you're already a member, hold them accountable and keep on them.

Any Catholic person or entity endorsing them should reconsider.
