Après avoir acheté un pack office, j'ai été facturé 2 fois.
Les mails contenant le lien de téléchargement, ne fonctionne pas du tout.
La réponse à mon mail de réclamation est le renvoie des mails qui ne fonctionnent pas...

Payé rien reçu même pas un message et en plus ils m’en ont facturé deux

Compre licencia para Windows 11 pro y Office 2021 profesional Plus. Me llegaron por correo al dia siguiente pero ya se habian usado en otros PC. A dia de hoy no han atendido mi reclamación...he sido estafado...

Office Lizenz bestellt und auch erhalten. Die Lizenz konnte jedoch nicht aktiviert werden. Das maximum war bereits überschritten. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support. Der Support hat schnell reagiert aber nach mehrmaligen Mail Verkehr hatte hatte ich immer noch keine funktionierende Lizenz. Die rückforderung des bereits bezahlten Betrages hat auch nicht gefruchtet. Nun habe ich bei bei Productcodes.de eine neue Lizenz gekauft und diese konnte problemlos aktiviert werden. Ich verbuche die Angelegenheit als Aus und Weiterbildung. Finger weg von dieser Firma.

No ha llegado el producto, casi 24 horas después de la compra, pone envíos instantáneos por todas partes, pero el único envío instantáneo ha sido el de la factura y justificante de compra, tampoco contestan los correos cuando también dicen que tienen asistencia al cliente y soporte las 24 horas del día los 7 días de la semana. Muy decepcionado.

Ho acquistato una licenza windows 11 non ho ricevuto nulla se non una mail di conferma ordine che risulta ancora in lavorazione. Contattati tramite mail e sito web senza ricevere alcuna risposta.
Non acquistate sono poco professionali e raccomandabili.

Compré una licencia de Windows 11 Pro, no recibí ninguna licencia, solamente la factura, me he puesto en contacto con ello por tres medios (web y dos correos) y no he recibido ninguna contestación. No volveré a confiar en ellos. Menos mal que era poco dinero

He comprado una licencia de windows 11 pro que ha dejado de funcionar. El servicio técnico no atiende. NO COMPRAR BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO EN ESTA TIENDA.

No envian la licencia, compre Windows 11 y ni responden ni nada!

Do NOT buy from these thieves! If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased Microsoft Windows 10 from them and it didn't work. I sent them screenshots of the errors and all my specs of my PC and they just didn't reply after one email. I threatened to report them to the ACCC if they didn't refund my money but i don't think they're based in Australia so probably nothing that can be done. So STAY AWAY!!!!! Don't be scammed by them. They are probably selling pirate copies (I'm guessing).

Finalmente la licencia llegó al cabo de unos días, pero no funciona

Compré un office para Mac me cobraron 29,90€ y no he recibido nada desde el día 2 de junio una semana

Compré el paquete de Windows 11 Pro y Office 3 licencias. Me lo han cobrado y no he recibido el pedido. No hay servicio técnico, nadie contesta a los emails.

He comprado una licencia W11 pro que no funciona.
He contactado con el soporte tecnico y como si no existiese. No volvere a comprar nada en este sitio.

They sold me a windows 10 key that is already in use

Do not buy from these crooks! I purchased Microsoft Office, they send nothing to you that works. I got an email in spanish so i clicked on it anyway and it does nothing. Then i clicked below where it says we respond immediately, that was 1 hour ago. This is anothetr scamming lowlife on the web so avoid buying from them! Guess i should have know when i saw such a low price it was a scam.
