Fast response to and resolution of Windows installation problem I was struggling with

First key didnt work, they were super fast in their response to give me a new key that did work. Great experience

Post sale responses were of great help in sorting
an upgrade issue from win10Home to pro. Several exchanges via email were able to guide me on issue and
eventually eveerything sorted. All within about 6 hours.

Ordered Windows 10 professional key, didn't work. Sometimes this happens, so i ordered another one, they sent me the exact same key.

Edit: Because of the second key being exactly the same, I rushed to say scam and didn't go through the support team. The support team were very helpful and professional and have since refunded me for both purchases.

Good price and received the code almost instantly after paying.

Having bought a Windows 10 Pro activation code at a good price from SoftwareGurus, I then had lots of problems installing on my old Windows 7 laptop (problems which were nothing to do with the code I bought). The support team were amazing. They came back to me on the same day and suggested solutions. When these didn’t work they kept coming back to me until finally I got it to work. Customer support is vital and I cannot recommend these guys too highly. 5 stars!

I purchased a Win 10 pro licence from SoftwareGurus at a competitive price and after following all the build instructions, all worked well, the OS updated etc., but it would not Activate. SoftwareGurus were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and sending me the extra information I needed to help solve the problem. With their support, the issue was fixed and my Windows 10 Activated. I would recommend this company for their polite, helpful nature and persistence - at no extra charge, until such a software problem is resolved.

Although I did not have a problem with the purchase itself, key was provided and process was fairly straightforward. The after sales service is non-existent, their contact form does not work and does not submit your query and I have emailed them directly with no response. For a company that states on their website they pride themselves on service and are here to support this is appalling.
Update post reply from software guru: the company are claiming they did not receive my communications and also not accepting responsibility that their contact form did not work after several attempts. After sending follow up communications I finally made contact. Surprisingly a year later the company decided to address my review which is very strange considering the time elapsed and is stating that my review is inaccurate and a lie. I have no reason to leave a misleading review but the company does have a reason to slander customers who leave honest reviews not on their favour. To be clear I sent several communications to the company and did not get a response until follow ups communications were sent. Both parties have evidence of communications sent and dates so for a company to accuse a customer of being untruthful is really quite unpleasant and inaccurate. I would like to add upon speaking to the company offline after receiving their response to this review a year later they were very defensive and inappreciative of the customers point of view and despite me asking them to stop contact on two separate occasions, they continued.

Outstanding customer service! Had an issue with trying to activate my Windows product key however the customer service team were prompt to reply and help out. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.
