Sofology - Norwich Anmeldelser

Went to the Norwich branch and Mark was an excellent representative.
He showed and explained to me the different sofas I was interested in.
Even gave my 3 year old a balloon to keep her occupied.
The sofas are of great quality and comfort and Mark helped me choose the one I needed.
Great service
Thank you
Mohamed.

Thank you to Laura from Sofology Norwich, was so friendly and helpful! 10/10 service:)

A very relaxing experience with all points explained and acted upon. This is the second pair of sofas we have ordered from Sofology and the first pair are still going strong. Mel was most helpful. Thank you. Can’t wait.

Our sales person was Marcus, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. No hard sell, didn’t feel obligated to buy.

Great service from the local store when ordering a sofa. Very helpful and knowledgable staff.

Informative sales people, but no hard sell

Declan at Sprowston was so informative & took the time to explain options, product information, offered coffee, always goes down well with me.

Wide choice of sofas in a pleasant environment where we were not hassled.During our two visits we were served by Mel and? John who were both very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good customer service from Mel Stevens. Felt very welcomed. Top salesman. Very knowledgable and advisable. Covered all areas about our purchase. Walked away very happy and found what we were looking for.

Lovely experience and looked after by Mark, we purchased from your previously for our holiday let properties along the Norfolk Coast and will continue to do so as we grow our portfolio.

Many thanks

We browsed the furniture freely, just informed we could be shown what they look like in different colours on the iPad. Lots of different styles to choose from.
When we had picked the furniture we wanted, Marcus helped and advised us with the purchase. Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Greeted well on entering the shop. Explanations given to us and then encouraged to walk around the shop and try all the sofas as liked. Not hassled by salespeople but they were readily available to ask any questions to.
Staff all seemed professional. Knew there product and happy to help with any questions. Not rushed whilst there
Sofas all laid out well and looked encouraging to try.
Sofas all appear to be good quality and comfortable.
As we wanted a corner sofa it was explained to us that even though it may not be shown as corner unit most designs could be made into a corner sofa.
Not pressured into buying the extra warranty and cleaning set.

Mark was helpful & friendly. Explained the whole process well.
Thankyou

Both Laura and Mark at Norwich Sofology were exceptionally helpful, and genuinely nice people as well. Five star customer service, thank you both for your help.

What made our experience fabulous was the staff. All were so helpful and supportive and friendly especially Lauren ( Norwich store) who served us and guided us through the process of buying. We cannot express highly enough that Lauren never once pushed us or used any hard sell pressure on us to make a decision or purchase. She was a breath of fresh air and her approach was instrumental in our decision to purchase. It’s so refreshing to feel comfortable and relaxed when looking for something that would appeal to us. She explained everything about the different sofas and had deep knowledge of what would fit / suit our house.

Wayne was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to receiving new sofa!
