Very friendly staff, no hard sell from Lauren our sales rep. Went through all the ranges to find our exact sofa type and size. Very pleased with the outcome and we are looking forward to receiving our new sofa.

Mel was so pleasant to deal with. He made me feel welcome in the store without being pushy. He answered all my questions and treated me with the upmost respect, which meant a lot to me as this was my first ever large purchase and I was so tempted to just do it online. I’m glad I saw him instead. I couldn’t recommend Mel and Sofology in Norwich more and now I’m looking forward to receiving my new sofa.

Viewed and visited multiple high street suppliers to find the right sofa within our dimension and style constraints. It was noticeable on entering the Sofology display room in Norwich that there is a no pressure culture, and to be honest the products sold themselves without the need for a commission hungry sales advisor to trail your every move. Whilst i feel it imperative to visit a store to make such a purchase, allowing myself the buyer to touch, sit and become familiar to the products, i was genuinely impressed with the level of detail the staff knew about the product, features, construction and care for each sofa. As a Principal Engineer i found the quality and designs well thought through with attention to detail, and the comfort.

Laura (Norwich branch) was very helpful and not pushy which helped us relax and eventually choose our new Sofa!

Shop was full of friendly and extremely helpful people. I got the exact sofa I was looking for. My salesman Mark was exceptional

We bought two sofas exactly as intended, with absolutely no sales pressure. The team were extremely knowledgeable about their products and sales policies, and everyone we spoke to was very pleasant. Great staff and a good selection of stock.

The staff at the Norwich sofology store were impeccable. From as soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. They explained to us how their sofa options worked before letting us take a leisurely stroll around the store. Once we had found a sofa we loved they were able to help us put the order in. The gentleman who served us explained the whole process in depth and made us feel very comfortable with our choice of sofa and store.

We were greeted by Wayne, in a very friendly and warming manner. He made us feel very welcome and relaxed and let us take our time without being pushy. We came back to purchase the sofa and he remembered our names and even had a laugh with us as we completed our purchase . It felt like we were sitting in a living room with a good friend.
