I ordered cleats back in December. As of today, I STILL had not received my order. I emailed and they said my order hadn't been processed and they didn't have a shipping date available. That is 15 DAYS from the date I ordered. TERRIBLE! I would go else where they value their customers.

Very irresponsible, I ordered on December 12, never received any shipping confirmation, 2 weeks later they sent me a email saying my cleats were out of stock. Poor service poor communication.

Took a little longer to ship than expected but it was the height of holiday shopping. Needed to exchange a size and they made this easy to do. Merchandise was exactly as described.

The Jersey arrived as promised. My wife was thrilled.

I ordered two pair of shoes at the end of November that were supposed to be shipped 3-5 days. Mid December I still did not have a shipping notice. I emailed them. They said that one of the shoes was now out of the size I needed. Which was frustrating because I didn't have time to get another one before Christmas. They then mailed the other shoe and it arrived after we had already left for Christmas. So I got neither shoe in time for Christmas and only one pair after.

Ordering was simple received on time quality is good

Everything went smoothly. Got the items in a timely manner. I would purchase from them again.

Great deals and my jerseys always come in perfect condition. I always out out the good word for this site.

The item took a long time to ship compared to other online marketplaces, but once shipped it arrived quickly. The AI customer service interface is lacking and could be improved as well.

I ordered the limited edition Black Panther Portugal Jersey as a surprise Christmas gift for my 25 year old son, and to MY surprise, I opened the package and the jersey that I received was NOT the correct size.
I ordered an ADULT XL jersey and received a youth XL jersey. I paid for the adult size and have no children to give this jersey too.
You've ruined mine and my son's Christmas!

Shoe and size was available, delivery didn't take too long just in time for Christmas

I waited 5 weeks for my order just to receive the wrong thing. I was told 3-4 weeks from my order date and I had to reach out twice before it was finally shipped. Then arrives and it’s the wrong jersey.

They had exactly what I was looking for. And got it quickly

After months of web browsing my son asked me to place this order for his birthday and at first I was very skeptical about the website and the product not arriving or being fake, but we were notified of every step of the process from purchase to delivery and we received the items before the expected delivery date. Very satisfied, original products and great communication.

I sent a message with a question and received a prompt response and once my item was shipped, I was notified immediately. Great company and service!!

Our package came in pretty fast and it was exactly what I was expecting

Ordering was easy, product arrived in adequate time - quality was very good

The product is solid but I can’t seem to get the size I want for reasons outside their control

The shoes were exactly what we ordered and are great. My only issue was the shipping, it just a few extra days to arrive.

recieved my purchased well packed and in not so long time. Good experience purchasing from this site.
