Adding EV charging to existing plan
Have been with So Energy for some years and been very happy with their value for money, green energy credentials and ease of taking up my next fixed price plan. Having just bought an EV, i contacted the help service to take advantage of the advertised off peak electricity for car charging. A significant cost per kWh discrepancy between my quote and final agreement has kept me on my old tariff whilst I wait an explanation from So Energy. The help service has been easy to use and responses arrived within the 2 to 5 day target

Bad service
I have spoken to several advisers, I got a very overestimated bill in April, I spoke to Daniel gave meter readings and got another bill. I then spoke to advisor Elle in May and paid the outstanding amount in full.
The house has now been sold. I informed the team I would pay the outstanding amount on completion, I spoke to the team on Friday 17th July to inform them of completion and gave meter readings. I was informed it would be up to a six week wait to receive my final bill so why today have I received an email saying you are reporting me to trans union credit reference agency, and a potential credit score impact.
How dare you!! I have never been in debt. I would like to have CEO Charlie Davies email address please, and would also like a senior manager to contact me as soon as possible. The customer service staff can only pass information on to the back office, who, it seems haven’t improved since my last email complaint where I received £100.00 compensation for bad service, it looks like I’ll be going down the same route once again. I once again look forward to your quick response now it’s on trust pilot!

It's important to note that when a customer is in debt with us then it can lead to us pursuing that debt using a third party but we're always happy to discuss it with you and try and reach a resolution.
