Customer Service on email were not very…
Customer Service on email were not very good. Kept telling me that the meter and everything were recording all ok but the little recording device that you can you use to check on your meeting has never worked. "Not sending out an engineer" is the message I got from them. Nice!

Yous are awesome. I think. They always look after me, if I have a grevens they usually sort it fairly quick. If I can save money or receive a benefit for money towards my Gas/Elec. I find their service very good.

Do not use
I gave an incorrect metre reading when I left my last property they sent the bill and so which I queried, realised my mistake. As the bill was so high over a thousand pound asked them not to take the money out of my account till it was rectified, I was told they wouldn’t. Guess what they took it explained I couldn’t pay my mortgage now. They said it would be 3 days and I would receive a refund. Now one week later still waiting. Spoke with another customer advisor about cooling off period and said I was over that time which then I asked how much for a cancellation fee. I did not ask for it to be cancelled just enquired. Now they have taken that out of my account whilst waiting on the original refund. Said I’ve been charged for Gas and electric fee although I do not have gas. So they have also closed my complaint
Would never recommend.

Energy comparing…
Contacted So Energy after comparing tariffs with other suppliers to see if they could offer me a better deal. Grace was really helpful, answered all my questions clearly and found me a competitive tariff that suited what I was looking for.
I have always found So Energy easy to deal with, my meter readings are updated quickly and customer service has been excellent whenever I've needed them. Happy to stay with them for another two years.

Setting up an EV tarriff
After several previous attempts which were unsuccessful largely due to unclear or incomplete instuctions, the person I spoke to today was v.helpful and talked me through the process, which appears to have been a success. (We shall see when the next charge is due)
