Although I am new to the app, I really like the way it works. The only feature that I would like to see is multiple check in's per day which I understand they are working on. I am currently a free user but am considering the subscription service in the future.

I love Snug! As a solo "seasoned" female, it gives me an extra degree of comfort - and regimentation - that removes the worry from my family and friends - who mostly live far away - because they know that I'm okay when I check in daily with Snug.

So I signed up for Snug. And they were supposed to text me. Never heard from them. Then I called there customer service. And no one answered. I then got an email from them saying that There is no one at this time to talk to me!! So I'm confused. How is it that a service that is supposed to text you every day to check on you doesn't text?? Nor do they have anyone to talk to about the issues?? I read alot of good reviews. But now I'm wondering if the Reviews are just fake

I'm 53 years old in Fairly good health but I live alone and I'm kind of a loner with two dogs. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that I'm having an outside source to check on me without having to bother Neighbors family or friends

This is an excellent service especially if you’re alone most of the time. It’s also wonderful if your family is miles away.

This almost met my idea of a superior app. It offers a service essential to seniors like myself who live alone and need to let others know I'm okay. The only reason I did not give it five stars was I'd like to be able to turn it on and off from within the app. If that change is made I'd both give it five stars and recommend it to everyone

Ok, Listen....I am a retired Police/Fire/Paramedic Dispatcher. I know how valuable this app/service is for people who live alone AND are any age! It is easy to do, also works as a medication reminder (I take my daily medication when I check in each day), and is flexible. You can use the FREE service, or the Paid one...either way, it is GREAT! For anyone, and everyone. I hope you will check it out and give it a try. It's actually fun use and the pay-off is well worth it. You can make sure that someone will know if you don't check in, otherwise, it can just be a daily check-in for your self and you will be protecting your pets too! If anything ever happened to you, someone would know that your pet was in need of help. That is something anyone can use it for too! My review is it is GREAT!!!! Try it!

Snug will definitely give you a peace of mind! I live alone in a semi-rural area and being a senior with no nearby family I was concerned if something should happen to me - and especially so for I have a dog. Now I know if I don’t check in with Snug my contacts will be notified. And Snug offers excellent customer service 24/7 if you should need it!

I've been using the Snug app for a couple of years and it is just a part of my morning routine. It couldn't be easier to "check in." Snug sends an unobtrusive reminder three hours before the check-in time I chose; this is a good feature for those of a forgetful nature. I feel better (as does my family) knowing that should I fail to check in someone will know something is amiss. My sister lives halfway across the country and is my emergency contact; I have neighbors across the street and next door that she can call to see if I am OK. I have recommended this app to other people who live alone or who have people they care about living alone. One need not be old to benefit from this service. A friend told me of a guy she knows who fell off the roof of his house and had to lie there with broken bones for two days before someone happened to come by and found him.

I’ve been with these folks for well over a year and I have had NO COMPLAINTS..! Great app for anybody living alone and a must have if you have animals (especially dogs). I have had most reasonable response time from the creator/staff for specific questions for positive resolution...! The ‘extra’s’ offered are reasonably priced if you want human interaction with your family/friends. Load it, try it,...you’ll feel a most reassuring feeling of being SNUG,..every day thereafter..!

I love Snug Safety and would be lost without it! It Works! I have missed a checkin and my contacts were promptly notified.
I am elderly, disabled, and live alone. Snug gives me a sense of security knowing that someone will know if I dont check in. Snug also has a call for help feature. I tell all my doctors about it and they have been telling their other patients about it whom they feel will benefit from it.what a wonderful service. Thank you Snug!

I am a "young senior" at age 63. Since I am retired and live alone, I was concerned that if I ever had a medical emergency days could pass before anyone checked on me. Snug Safety is the perfect answer for this problem. I check in each morning with just a click on my phone. If I don't check in, I get a reminder from Snug Safety. If I still don't check in, my children will receive a notice on their phones. I have informed them that if that ever happens, they need to check on their mom immediately. I like the fact that I am in control of the situation. My kids don't have to do anything unless there is a real emergency. I am very pleased with this app!

Some time back I missed my check in time , I was outdoors and my phone was charging inside . Snug contacted my daughters and when I did not answer them either , Snug contacted the police and an officer was sent to my home check on me , by that time my daughters had contacted me and I knew why the officer was at my door . I explained the situation and apologized and thanked him . I was so Impressed with Snug fast response and so very grateful they are there for me . Snug provides a Superb service and I feel safer knowing they will be there if I have an emergency . Thank You All.

Good for a single person. Wish there were more times and ability to notify contacts if you signed in late

I really like this app! My husband travels and I care for our adult autistic son. This will alert my husband and local family members if I don't check in and would let them know to come make sure my son was OK if something happened to me. Would like to see second check in time added so can do both morning and evening.

Snug has given me a much needed peace of mind. As a single mother of a disabled son who is bed bound, I was always worried that if something happened to me he would be alone for days until somebody checked on me. With Snug, I now know that he would be found quickly. Thank you Snug!

SNUG gives me and my daughter peace of mind. I live alone, and it is comforting to me that if anything happened, I wouldn't be alone for long. SNUG!

I love having this app that reminds me to check in and lets my family know if I don't. This is a free great service and makes me feel secure and protected.
