My "adopted" Mom didn't check in today. She had fallen overnight & couldn't get up. We got to her & got her to ER and she's going to be fine. Thanks to SNUG!

My daughter suggested this website a few years ago. I've been checking in daily ever since (even on vacation with her so I don' get out of the habit!). It's given both of us tremendous peace of mind and several of my friends are now using it.

I recently got the Snug app. I have the free option where I choose one time to check in every day. I've been using it about a week or so and one time I intentionally did not check in to make sure my emergency contacts were notified. Exactly 10 minutes after my check in time that I did not check in, on purpose, Snug texted my emergency contacts. So far I am very happy with the free option of one time check-in via text messaging. Eventually I may go to the pay option where they will contact you via a dispatcher and if they don't hear from you they will leave a voicemail to your phone. If you do not call them back then the dispatcher will contact your emergency contacts twice. Either way I am pretty happy with the snug app and I'm going to stay with them for the foreseeable future. I live alone and I have a pet so having this feature gives me peace of mind. Please give them a try.

This app is wonderful. It gives my kids peace of mind knowing that I need to check in everyday. It's good to know that help is close by. Even if I never need it.

I recommend snug safe to my senior clients who live alone. Especially if family members live out of town, the peace of mind is worthwhile.

I’ve been using this app for quite some time. It has given me great peace of mind. I especially appreciate the ease of use and the multiple reminders to check in if I’ve forgotten. I used to have concerns— mostly for my pets! No more worrying about them should something happen to me during the night. My son has moved back in with me for awhile, so I’m taking a break. But I won’t hesitate to use again when I once more am living alone.

I love the Snug app. It allowed me to have several check in times each day and it has notifications to remind me to check in. I appreciate having the peace of mind from knowing that my emergency contacts would be called if I didn't check in. Their customer service is very responsive and super nice folks.

I have used Snug free app for many years. I use option to checkin once a day (a.m.). Two weeks I forgot to checkin by my preselected time if 9 a.m., Snug promptly texted a reminder to me followed up by texting my emergency contacts. I feel safer knowing that Snug will contact these people if I don't checkin and at last resort notify police/fire. Snug also provides option to cancel checkin for a period of time. For example, going on vacation or in hospital. I have recommended Snug to many of my friends. It works for me!

I love this service!! First, it is completely free! Each morning, if I have not "checked in" by my preset time, they send me a few very sweet reminders. For the first time, I can rest in the knowledge that if I were to fall (or worse) my family will be notified and send help.

Snug's service is free & quite good. It is reliable & easy to use. Makes someone who lives alone feel safer.

I am currently using Snug and because I live alone I find that it gives me a sense of security knowing that if I don't check in, someone will be notified to check on me. It is very easy to use, and I enjoy the daily quote, too.

It is such a user-friendly well-designed app. Does just what you want it to do and with a lovely simple interface. I love the quotes each day.
