Great for agents but terrible for applicants. The whole system is not built with the end user in mind, the hassle to go through all the steps with the amount of coordination required from all party is ridiculous. As a student applicant, you literally need your university to approve every application; how realistic is that? Why would be even be necessary?

In short, this platform allows lazy real estates agent to leverages off the applicants need for rentals through its ridiculous ask and needs. The coordination and effort required for a single application is just as good as building a million dollar business and buying your own house.

It was very convenient, as all the information was saved once it was uploaded. This made subsequent applications much easier and saved me a lot of time.

I felt overall it was a very good experience.
I feel that not all circumstances are covered and that it would be really helpful to have a space to accurately explain a situation.

There are so many real estate helper websites out there these days. But Snug is by far the most intuitive and easiest to navigate. Worst app that I have ever encountered, tried saving info but kept getting logged out then sign back in again and nothing was saved, repeated process again and again but automatically logs you out, missed out on a property due to using snug.

I found the snug platform really easy and helpful to navigate and the relevant emails really good as moving is such a stressful time it was helpful to have tips as there’s so much to think about and organise and to be reminded different things was so good. And the whole application process was made so much easier to kept track of in one place and to fill it out once and get verified and be able to use that for multiple applications. I wish all real estates would move to snug as we still had to use 2 other websites (realestate and 2apply which needed different applications which was so time consuming to fill out wish it was all one platform for next time we need a rental
