Kundenservice hat ueber 10 Tage auf mehrere Mails nicht geantwortet, erst nachdem ich mich über Paypal beschwert habe, kam plötzlich eine Nachricht. Schlechter Kundenservice, warte immer noch auf mein Geld der zurück gesandten Ware die übrigens ohne retourenschein kam. Diesen hab ich knapp zwei Wochen versucht vom Kundenservice zu bekommen, und er kam dann als ich die Ware schon formlos zurück geschickt hab nach 12 Tagen. Lieber 15€ mehr zahlen und kein Stress

I placed an order on 31/8/22 for 2 new balance sneakers. I've just realized you sent me 2 different sizes for the New Balance UXC72SA BLUE. You sent UK 7.5 and UK 9 sizes for the pair. Sent 3 emails with pics and still haven't received a reply

How do we resolve this?

I just wanted to write to you because I am very happy with the order and service that you have provided. On the alpha industries website the product I wanted to purchase was £155. On your side it was about £116 and I also got a further 15 % discount because I subscribed to your mailing list. Delivery was also very quick and came within a day.

Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely be making more orders in the future.

Ich habe jetzt 2mal dort bestellt, 1mal etwas zurückgeschickt und sowohl die Ware, Kundenkontakt und Lieferung waren völlig zufriedenstellend.

I placed an order on 05/09/22 for 2 pairs of Nike trainers and have not received them. Tracker information hasn’t moved since the day I ordered them and no one is replying to my emails. Order number 10046.

Would be nice to get an update and or a refund.

Ho effettuato un acquisto alcuni giorni fa e non hanno spedito il mio articolo. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza più volte ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta!! Procederò a fare una denuncia! ATTENZIONE Non acquistate su questo sito!!!

I am currently £254 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I spent £200 on 2 pairs of trainers that turned up as expected within a week. I tried them on and decided they didn't fit well and so returned them to their UK address. A few days later I was contacted to say that I needed to pay Fedex £64 for import duties for Poland.

2 weeks later I realised I hadn't received a refund. I checked the Yodel website which explained that the parcel had been delivered. Sneakerstudio claim not to have received them and are not refunding the £200. So I'm £200 worse off, have no trainers and will now need to pay a further £64 for customs duties.

If you'd like to lose £264 and have nothing to show for it, then go ahead and order from SneakerStudio!

Quick dispatch & delivery. Ordered on 5/09 and the item was dispatched the next day and it eventually arrived in Singapore to me on 10/09. However, I was disappointed that the item I bought (ENGINEERED GARMENTS SHOULDER POUCH KHAKI) did not attached with a brand tag and was packed with a clear & normal packaging bag. Overall, it was a good hunt with decent price as the item was sold out elsewhere.

My trainers were faulty after wearing once.
I contacted SNeaker Studio who were swift to respond. They said I can have a ‘generous’ amount of refund or send the trainers back. Good options. Because I didn’t get the box et cetera I chose to go for the generous discount, for convenience. This offer was quickly withdrawn by the company for some bizarre reason.
After weeks of exchanging emails with the same person (no phone line) I have not made any progress to address the service issue I had

Meine Bestellung wurde schnell geliefert. Allerdings waren die Schuhe sichtbar verbeult und eine Zunge komplett verdreht also defekt. Auf meinen Wunsch mir bitte ein paar neue Schuhe zukommen zulassen wird nicht mehr reagiert. Daher wirkt SneakerStudio sehr unseriös und tendiert zu Abzocke.

Je suis conquis par la qualité du service ! (Pourtant j'avais quelques appréhensions). Excellent suivi de ma commande au fur et à mesure par mail. Livraison en 4 jours par DPD contre 5 jours annoncés initialement. Paquet impeccable. A l'intérieur une paire de New Balance tout cuir superbes. Je dis bravo pour la qualité du service et pour le prix !!

Amazing service and really fast shipping, took 3-4 days. I definitely do recommend to come shop here, it has pretty good prices. I also do think their products are authentic, either way amazing quality. Would definitely come back.
