I bought Nike trainers and have not received the item more than 2 months but am still paying it i bought with klarna

i ordered a pair of dr marten rick owen shoes and my gift card i used did not go thru so i js brushed it off and went to look somewhere else to buy them but then they literally stole ALL the money i had in the gift card and then had the audacity to say my payment didn't go thru. i sent many emails with no reply and now i can't do nothing about the stolen money. do not waste ur time on this website they are just a bunch of thieves

On Friday night I ordered 2 pairs of trainers THEN read the reviews. Expecting the worst, I'm pleased to say they were with me first thing on Tuesday morning. Great communication throughout with tracking information provided. Could not fault Sneaker Studio at all and will definitely use again. Top marks!!

Passano i giorni e niente inizio a mandare mail dove mi rispondono a stento senza darmi troppe spiegazioni
Inizio ad essere insistente perché i giorni passano e mi rispondono che a breve la questione verrà risolta

Mi dicono che le scarpe rese non sono le reebook che avevo acquistato ma nel mio reso c’erano delle scarpe da donna prese da un bidone della spazzatura (peccato che non posso metterci le foto)
Tutto qua il poco risulta integro ( a loro parere) e niente mi sto piangendo 70 euro
Se potete evitate questo sito o non pensate minimamente di fare alcun tipo di reso li vi fottono
Zalando Amazon non si perde niente
Questo sito qua che poi mi risulta della Polonia si appoggia ad una rivista in Italia da dove passano i resi e dove fanno questi malfatti

Was a little wary after reading some of the reviews but decided to risk it as I couldn't find the doc martens nartilla sandles anywhere in the UK. I ordered on the 1st Aug and received them on the 6th Aug, during this time I received several emails from sneaker studio keeping me up to date on the progress. Shoes and all packaging seems genuine and in perfect condition. Would recommend

In all honesty, was very cautious about using these as the item I was after was out of stock literally everywhere, a little more expensive but was prepared to pay that bit more.

Paid on credit card in case anything went wrong.

Ordered on Sunday afternoon, received them Tuesday - and they are the real deal.

The only issue I had is the payment screen is a little strange but got through it in the end.

Recommended.

I was a little worried after ordering then read poor reviews online and that they were shipped from Poland (which I hadnt noticed) but ordered (Thurs 1st July arrived today Monday 5th July by Fedex- Cant ask for any better - Trainers perfect £49, a massive difference to £75 in JD Sports many thanks

Really happy with purchase. Ordered on Wednesday evening, delivered on Friday by FedEx. Tracking provided so could follow parcel from Poland to UK.
They had trainers difficult to find elsewhere, at a good price. Will use again in the future.

Please be aware, despite this having a .co.uk web address this is Polish, and shipping to UK incurs a heavy duty and admin fee. It ended up being another 25% on the order charge which I wasn't billed till a few weeks later.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I bought a pair of slippers which did not fit, I was told to return them recorded delivery which I did.

14 days later, they have said that they have no record of my package arriving and are refusing to give a refund. their customer service is rude and unhelpful.

Can't complain. Order came within a week and am happy. They were also reasonably fast to reply to emails. Seems like only the more negative experiences are being broadcast on here.

Habe hier bestellt, die Ware einwandfrei erhalten aber wegen falscher Größe vom Rücktrittsrecht Gebrauch gemacht und am selben Tag retourniert. Das Paket wurde von Sneakerstudio bestätigt entgegenkommen, aber auf die Rückerstattung warte ich nach 14 Tagen noch immer. Mails werden einfach ignoriert. Ich werde weitere Schritte gegen diese Firma einleiten. Es geht immerhin um € 154. Obwohl die Schuhe erstklassig waren, kann ich eine Bestellung bei dieser Firma nicht empfehlen.

Ordered Adidas face Masks. Very quick delivery and great quality. Reading reviews was scared but glad all was good. Also recieved emails with deliveries update.

So I ordered jumper from this company and they told me its in transit from past 12 days. Order never showed up. Tracking number was bogus. Contacted support, they said they'd check.  They have replied and said I have to dispute it with Royal Mail to get a refund. I refused to do this because Royal Mail delivers the package with no signs of tampering. Now they are ignoring my emails again. Avoid. Do not buy anything from this cheap company poor customer service fraudsters AVOID. My order number is 548141. REFUND MY MONEY ..FROM PAST 15 DAYS I AM WAITING FOR MY ORDER NOTHING DELIVERED I PAID FOR MY ORDER ON 15TH JUNE STOP MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMERS.

STOLE MY MONEY. I have sent the shoes back never received a refund. I will probably sue them just need to find the most convenient way since I am not in Poland.

I bought a pair of shoes and paid via PayPal. Within 30 seconds I got an email saying my order was on hold due to an address issue. That was nearly 4 weeks ago. I'm not ringing Poland so I've sent emails and messages through the website. 7 or 8 I've sent without a single reply. I've opened a PayPal claim to get my £200 back and the company haven't replied to that either. It should be closed in my favour soon. I only used the site because they said they had a rare pair in stock but they obviously didn't as it's a month later and my order is still on hold.

Even if this site looks like a great deal, DO NOT USE THEM.
