Ordered a sweater from these guys and It was fine. I was a bit worried due to the reviews but, I ordered from the Poland store and it was at my door within 2 days! Can’t complain. I did get an email on the same day as delivery saying the order had been cancelled but, the tracking number said it was out for delivery so who knows.
I’d use again.

Après avoir lu des avis pas toujours positifs sur sneakers studio, j'ai décidé de commander les chaussures malgré tout... Celles-ci coûtaient 50% moins chers que sur des sites plus connues et j en ai été ravies !! Commande passée le dimanche et reçue le jeudi suivant, tout était top ! Je recommande

After placing me order on Friday 24th June, I was a bit dubious when reading the negative reviews but what a great service my Dr Marten sandals arrived this morning Tuesday 28th June. Cannot fault the service.

Ordered via their seemingly Dutch website SneakerStudio.nl (and only later found out that they are based in Poland and not a Dutch company after all). This isn't very transparent to begin with but a recent trend among online shops.

I ordered a few Adidas items that were sold out at Adidas directly. I used Paypal to check out. Nothing happened for a few days. I chased and was told it would take 3-4 working days to ship. This morning I received a refund without any further comments.

So they sell products they don't have, rather take your money first, and if the items are not there, refund you after a few days. Not an ethical business model, and in the bast case, a big waste of time.

I am very happy with my purchase. And it arrived (to Croatia) as promised, in 4 working days. I had no problems whatsoever.

Sonntags Schuhe bestellt, Freitag sind sie angekommen. In der Zwischenzeit hab ich mir die Bewertungen durchgelesen, da ich doch etwas skeptisch wegen des guten Preises wurde und mir die Lieferzeit etwas lang vorkam - aber meine Befürchtungen haben sich nicht bestätigt. Die bestellten Reebok NPC UK 2 Vegan entsprechen genau meinen Erwartungen und sind auch original, also alles gut!
Ich kann den schlechten Bewertungen also nicht zustimmen und empfehle den Laden echt weiter.

To be honest, I was sceptical when it came to the payment page (+ reading the negative reviews) as it only then became obvious that the company was outside the UK. However, I made calls to customer service who allayed my concerns, so I proceeded. I paid for the (steeply discounted) trainers and despite being told my order would arrive in a week, arrived in 3 days!!! Wouldn't hesitate to order from this website again.

UPDATE : Après plus d'un mois d'échanges et suite à mes 2 avis négatifs, SneakerStudio à finalement procédé au remboursement de mon article non livré. Merci pour la régularisation, c'est juste dommage de devoir batailler si longtemps et devoir mettre un avis négatif pour obtenir ce qui devrait être mis en place normalement, c'est à dire un remplacement article ou un remboursement.
En tout cas, c'est réglé pour moi, je remonte donc ma note initiale.

AVIS d'ORIGINE : Envoi baclé, carton d'emballage non scotché, résultat le colis étant à moitié ouvert pendant le transport, 50% de ma commande à disparu, service client qui mets plus d'un mois pour réagir et finalement me demander de porter plainte contre le transporteur. J'avais pourtant envoyé une photo montrant clairement l'absence de scotch de fermeture, nous sommes donc sur de la mauvaise fois caractérisée et report de ses erreurs sur autrui. Au final jamais remboursée ni reçu les articles manquants. Plus jamais de commande chez eux pour ma part.

Bad experience after getting a customs bill for £85 after ordering something that never arrived due to Sneaker Studio sending the item to the wrong address.

After speaking with customer care at SneakerStudio on several occasions and being assured the issue was dealt with, today I received a letter from a debt collection agency re-issuing the customs charge with an additional fee. I've still unable to resolve the issue. Total waste of people's time, wouldn't order again!

3° experiencia. Las zapatillas han llegado correctamente y salvo la Desinformación de los primeros días todo ha ido bien. Se han dado prisa y todo correcto.
2° Experiencia: Después de varios correos y está publicación han dado señales de vida. Edito el comentario porque se han puesto en contacto conmigo para decirme que el pedido esta realizado con éxito. No sé lo que tardará pero creo que ese apartado deberían mejorarlo no puedes comprar algo y hasta 3 días después no dar señales de si el pedido se ha realizado.... a la vez que el dinero si se descuenta... hay que trabajar en ello.

1° experiencia: He pedido el pasado dia 22/05/22 con número 1218896 en la web sneakerstudio.es y no he recibido un correo, no puedo acceder a mi área de cliente y no puedo contactar con ellos. No se si mi pedido está en tránsito o me han estafado.... porque el pago esta aceptado.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Habe Schuhe bestellt für 200 €, die allerdings einen Mängel hatten. Firma angeschrieben, Retourenschein erhalten und dann war mein Geld auch schon wieder auf meinem Konto. Alles kein Problem!

I saw a pair of addidas I liked online at the addidas store. No where had my size. Found Sneakerstudio did and was much cheaper! (75 instead of 90) was a bit hesitant due to some of the reviews. But after receiving my trainers I'm really pleased. I can't fault the fb messenger support for helping me when I realised I'd sent them to my old address. I will be using again.

Sonntag Birkenstock Schuhe bestellt. Mittwoch waren die Schuhe aus Polen da. Alles bestens

Unfortunately I will not order from this company again and advise you all to keep away:
- delivery of shoes delayed as stuck at Customs for several days
- finally arrived and they are faulty ( is this why they can afford to sell cheaper than elsewhere?) , contacted SneakerS - they were quick replying and provided me a free return label, and rightly so as it was their fault. It turned out to be a FedEx label and SS advised me that it’s up to me to find a FedEx location to drop it at or to arrange for it to be pick up….
-no FedEx details provided so I looked online ( on FedEx page) and found out that there’s a drop off location near where husband is going for a meeting the following day ( 2h driving away) result I thought! Guess what the location doesn’t exist…
-same day I contact FedEx and arranged for parcel to be picked up the following day, easy I thought, how wrong I was, parcel does not get picked up even though I rang FedEx the same day twice for updates and was guaranteed that the driver was on its way to me, he wasn’t, he never turned up, so the following day I rang FedEx again who gave me a poor excuse and rebooked the collection
-not wanting to bore you the same happened for a further 2 days.
-I reached out to Sneakers for help and they asked me to wait (conveniently as this will delay they refund to me)
-eventually after a lot of complaints I managed to get through someone in FedEx who actually knows what they are doing and the parcel was finally collected a week after I initiated this process.
-Sneakers Studio at no point helped me throughout the process.
-After the parcel was picked up and with proof of pick up I contacted Sneakers S and asked them to initiate the refund process as the delay had been caused by their courier and pick up only happened after my many hours on the phone, arranging work schedule several times to be at home waiting for a driver who never came and lots of patience.
-Guess what? No refund has even been initiated and in a couple of days it will be 2 weeks since I first attempted to return this parcel ….
When will I get my refund Sneaker Studio? When?!!!

Update:refund amount is incorrect, still awaiting for my money to be completely returned, been promised by Messenger team that it’s being done today … I can not wait for all this to be over…

Really happy with the trainers. Amazing price, were double here in UK.
However they took 2 weeks longer to be delivered than expected due to FedEx.
I would order again but FedEx put me off.

Had a bit of problem with the 2nd order at my own fault give them time to process the order an then they wil email wen dispatched honestly can't fault anything apart from my impatience looking forward to ordering again ❤️

Am Anfang war ich mir unsicher ob ich bei Sneakerstudio.de bestellen soll, weil der Betreiber des Shops in Polen Sitz. Aber die Sorgen waren unbegründet. Habe am Sonntag meine Sneakers bestellt und Mittwoch waren sie schon hier. Natürlich Original für einen super Preis. Beim anmelden des Newsletters gibt es nochmal 10% auf die erste Bestellung.
Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich mit dem Kauf sehr zufrieden und kann den Shop nur weiter empfehlen.
