Raeven did a great job!
Raeven did a great job. She literally took hundreds of photos and several videos of the car we were selling from every conceivable angle. She knew what buyers would be interested in and made sure they were included. The day was extremely hot, but she didn't skimp. When we had a chance to visit as she was packing up, she was very personable and interesting to talk to.
We booked the session through Cars and Bids in preparation of selling our car. It was very easy, and Snappr was prompt in scheduling the appointment and even provided multiple reminders with hints to make the day go well.
In all, a great experience.

Hi Bawn, thank you for such a detailed review! We're so glad your photographer covered every angle buyers would want to see, even in that heat, and that the scheduling and reminders helped the day go smoothly. Best of luck with the sale!
John
John, the photographer, found a great location to take photos, and he did an awesome job taking over 300 photos of my car. The pics were perfect. I never could have done this myself with a cell phone camera.

The photographer communicated extremely well prior to the photo shoot. Also very accommodating as I had weather issues to deal with and had to postpone by several days. The photos turned out incredible and I got several compliments on how beautifully they represented my M4. The car was very special and sold for above my reserve. Eventually sold to a dealer out of Chicago. Overall a great experience.

Poor Quality Pictures
Working with the photographer was fine. Most of the photos that were submitted to Bring A Trailer were over exposed and poor quality. I had to take pictures on my phone which were better quality. Very few pictures were used from the photo shoot. Can't believe I paid that much money for virtually nothing. I believe I should get a refund.

Hi JP, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the photos did not meet your expectations and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
We do want to provide some context. Our partner photographer followed a specific shoot guide that was approved by Bring a Trailer, which outlines the required shots and standards for each submission. The photos were captured and delivered in accordance with those guidelines.
That said, we take photo quality seriously and we would love the opportunity to look into this further for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly so we can review the submission and work toward a resolution.
