Atrocious for videography services
Great for photography services, atrocious for videography.
I paid over $800 for a 3hour videography service that was supposed to include editing and raw footage.
At no point while booking the service did Snappr state that I would be getting 118 short form videos as the deliverables most of which would be under a minute and unusable.
It has been an absolute nightmare because they cannot get ahold of the videographer and are now shifting blame to me the client claiming the videographer captured the requested footage even though he didnt.
I feel so angry because I assumed we would get three hours of raw footage not clipped hightlight vides.
Talks on the night were not captured, key moments i requested were not captured and even the interviews which I specifically requested from the videographer were not captured.
They are great if you need a photographer, but avoid for videography services.

Hi Chima, thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, and we are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations.
We do want to provide some important context. The footage was delivered in 118 shorter clips, as this is standard practice for videography deliverables, making it easier for editing purposes, particularly for reels and highlight videos. All requested footage, including the key moments and interviews, is included within the uploaded clips.
We did reach out to you directly to help you locate the specific clips you were looking for and we remain committed to making sure you have everything you need.
