Snappr Anmeldelser

I signed up with a website/directory and as part of the package, I received a photoshoot through snappr. The positives: The photographer and his girl friend showed up on time and the photos were in the gallery within a few days of the shoot. The negatives: He didn't seem to know what he was supposed to photograph and his girl friend had to remind him. He kept saying, "Okay, we got it," after only a minute of each type of shot, which made me feel like he was trying to get the shoot done as fast as possible. He started taking pictures of my office and when I realized that I hadn't cleaned it up well enough, he kept saying it was fine. There is a glare off my forehead in multiple pictures. There is a glare off of a painting in my office. In several shots, my friend had her laptop propped on a wire basket so that she would be looking straight at the camera for the shots taken from behind my head. But he had her keep the wire basket in the photos where he took pictures from behind her head, which look really bizarre. My friend and I unintentionally wore very similar outfits (she was my client model) and he didn't say anything. The woman working on my website offered to edit the photos we received from snappr and in order to make the photos better, AI changed the camera angle, the lighting, the positioning, etc. - not acceptable. I declined those edits and refused to put any of the snappr photos on my website. My husband, who is not a professional photographer, took better photos of me for my website than this guy. And when I brought this to snappr, it was a hassle to submit my issue and they replied with an AI response that said they would look into all of my complaints and get back to me. They never did. All they did was load more atrocious pictures into the gallery that can't be used for my website. I am so disappointed.

Great experience and fantastic photos

I know that I look worse in photos (whether they are professional or not), but Eda is a really good photographer. The Snappr website is easy to use, and it is also a great idea for downloading photos. I am very happy, thank you so much!

Snappr made it easy to schedule a photo shoot with short notice. We enjoyed working with our photographer, Nad, and the price was exactly what we wanted to spend. The photos turned out great!

Snappr made our family photo session this year smooth and easy! With 7 active people in our family, it is very difficult to find a time we are all together. It was so convenient to just put in the date, time, and location that worked for us and to get connected to a wonderful photographer!
On that note, our photographer, Jacob, was amazing! He was personable, professional, fun, and so easy to work with. Before the shoot, I sent him some notes about our family and the style and types of photos we were hoping for. He came prepared, knew all of our names, and had a great understanding of what we were looking for. The shoot itself was relaxed and fun, and Jacob had great suggestions for getting the shots we wanted while still letting our family’s personality come through.
We received our photos back within 48 hours, as promised and we loved them! I really feel like he captured our family well. We’re so we had the opportunity to work with Jacob and would definitely recommend him to others or use him again ourselves! We also really appreciated the Snappr service—the ease of scheduling, the quality of our photographer, and the overall finished product.
