Sensational service and Job - @Richard (Nottingham) was excellent. He was very friendly and passionate and clearly cares about what he does. Would highly recommend and use again

Great communication, on time, and an excellent repair to kitchen worktop which has been damaged by a hot pan
Would definitely use again

I would highly recommend this company. Joel fixed my badly damaged shower tray that had numerous failed DIY attempts. I thought I would have to replace because I thought it was impossible to fix butit now looks brand new. Absolute miracle worker. I am so grateful for such a professional service. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much.

It was very refreshing to deal with such a wonderful company, nothing but helpful and professional from start to finish. The communication was exceptional, keeping me in the loop at all times. The job itself was carried out with care and Liam did a wonderful job. John was also exceptional. Will be using this company again for all future projects should I need to.

I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of the brick repair… pun intended! The workmanship is flawless, with no visible trace of the damage. Huge thanks to Matt (London NE), who was not only highly professional but also genuinely friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend.

I was totally amazed at the repair of my floor tile. It took Tim 3 hours to achieve the perfect finish. You can never tell there was a problem it looks perfect. Thank you Snag Doctor.

Had our door repaired today and the result is fantastic! Callan and Shy did an excellent job and we have already asked if they could do some work on our laminate flooring. Definitely recommend this company, they turned up when they said they would and Callan and Shy are a credit to the company. Very polite, friendly and professional thank you.

Kieran and Matthew were both highly professional and completed the job to an excellent standard. I can no longer even tell that there was a hole in my floor. Didn't take long, and left the place cleaner than they'd found it. Highly recommend

I recently requested Snagdoctor to repair a badly cracked sink in my en-suite. I had tried to repair it myself a few times which made it worse. A great job was done by their very professional technician who was very friendly and informative regarding aftercare. Very impressed with the company from booking the repair to getting the job done. Very reasonable price too.

The technician we had, Mark, was just absolutely lovely. He was patient when I was caught up in traffic, he kept everything so clean, and was so precise in his work. He stayed a lot longer than expected to ensure the correct colour was matched.
The overall experience of the company was great. They replied to emails quickly and managed to get me a slot asap. I would definitely recommend😊

Very friendly, did an excellent job.

As I have never used a repair company before I was unsure and then having to pay upfront felt very strange BUT rest assured first class communication and an excellent repair were the end result , I would have no hesitation in recommending Snag Doctor , many thanks to all. mark. s.
