Had what I thought was an impossible repair done to my upvc front door. Inner panel had cracked...repaired by Mark everitt, Worcestershire...brilliant job...4 months on and still cant believe there was a crack there

Burn in quartz worktop, yesterday the 12th May a guy came from Snag Doctor to remove a burn from a pan from our quartz worktop, how brilliant he was burn gone, I would recommend this company to anyone, polite honest service from beginning to end, thank you all so much, I am now very happy with results.

I managed to scuff a Silestone worktop by using hob cleaner.. Paul from Snagdoctor did an amazing repair job and it looks as good as new. Great communication and customer service from the team too. Very highly recommended!

I was a little wary of paying upfront for a service I had never used before, but my fears were unfounded. The booking and pre job communications were friendly and efficient. The technician (Steven) was prompt and equally friendly and efficient. I had 2 upvc door frames repaired and I am very happy with the end results, it's very hard to see where any repair has been made. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

Couldn't have asked for more from Mark Worcester. From inital contact, he has been spot on. From providing a quote to completion, he has been fantastic.
What an incredible master at his graft.
Work couldn't have been any better.
Looks amazing, 1 very happy customer!

Would strongly recommend. Great service and the quality of work was excellent. You can't even notice where the hole in the tile was.

Snag doctor South East - avoid like the plague. They can only be described as a bunch of cowboys. Appalling service - ended up causing more issues when dealing with the first call out issue. Head office are rude and unhelpful. Avoid - Avoid - Avoid !!!!!

David from Snagdoctor Northeast came to my new build home to carry out quite a large number of repairs.I just can not praise the service that I received from him highly enough. He is meticulous in every aspect of his job. He arrives with everything he needs, he gets on with the job and leaves making no mess. He treats your home with respect taking his shoes on and off as he leaves or enters your home. I am a perfectionist and not easily pleased . He has repaired, amongst other things , high gloss oak doors and you would never even know that they were damaged! I highly recommend the Snag Doctor Northeast for their professionalism and dedication to their job

Fantastic service from the initial query through to completion. The technician was highly skilled and has managed to repair my worktop so well that you can't tell where the damage was at all - and it is a very tricky pattern to match. Snag Doctor are magicians!

Great value for money and professional service.

Henry from Snag Doctor Dorset attended my property to repair a burn to a work top. Initially very happy, great repair, could barely see the damage from the burn and had saved us a lot of time and money. He popped back to rectify a small issue and has done another fantastic job. I appreciate Henry coming back to sort the issue. I'd recommend!

Snag Doctor and Andy did a great job of repairing bricks & mortar and tinting our extension brick front. Andy had a very impressive attention to detail and checked with us throughout the work. We would definitely recommend.

We had Ben from Snag Doctor East Yorkshire out to repair a worktop that had split whilst we were having a sink replaced. If he could not repair it we were looking at a huge cost to replace all the work tops. He went over and beyond to fix the problem and did a great job. Very very happy.

The guys from Northlew have been round twice now to deal with snags on our new build.
I can't tell where the repairs are done, they are that good.
Professional, polite, informative, would definitely recommend them and be happy to gave them back

Very professional job and all neat and tidy. Not cheap but very satisfied with the outcome.

Has my tile repaired on Thursday, the lady that did it was absolutely outstanding! I physically can’t tell where the crack was. The crack was very bad, people would genuinely think she replaced it she did that much of a good job! Would highly recommend to anybody. Thank you! wish I’d of got her name, she really does deserve the praise!

Wow! During an inspection a sink was accidentally damaged. Snag Doctors responded quickly, gave a competitive price and did a great job at fixing it. You wouldnt know it'd been broken! Well done!

Luke from Snag doctor, Cardiff did an excellent job, sanding and oiling our woodblock worktop. He managed to remove some really nasty stains and has brought it back to as new condition. He was very tidy, created very little dust and cleaned up before he left, would highly recommend.

Nick came out and repaired 2 holes in high gloss tiles and a repair to a kitchen door. What can I say apart from "this man is a magician". I can't see any previous damage and colour match was amazing. Thankyou

Kieran was very respectful of the property, did an amazing job, was friendly and polite. He also went above and beyond (did a couple of extra touches up that he wasn’t initially instructed to do but did so as he was capable of doing it and had the time). Thanks!
