Snag doctor - West Yorkshire

Really good communication and booking process was easy. Very honest about what they can and can’t repair. Really good at getting back to me was very reassuring despite messaging over the weekend.

Lewis was sent out, really polite and friendly, I cannot actually see where he repaired the floor tiles , it’s that good of a match I cannot remember where it even was.

The wall tiles are significantly better, you can see where the repair was but only because we know where it was and it was quite a bad drill hole to cover. It truly exceeded my expectations! No one else will be able to tell.

I would definitely use them again.

Really happy with the work completed, the technician kept me updated on the progress throughout, and sent before and after pictures.

I contacted snagdoctor North Yorkshire after I dropped a metal cup into the bathroom sink, causing a star-shaped surface crack. Matty got to work on the damage, and soon stripped the sink back to its sub surface, before rebuilding it. The repair is invisible! Brilliant job, thank you snagdoctor

Brilliant work! So amazed by the results. Will definitely be recommending you guys and using your services again. Very professional and polite. Thank you so much for your services.

Caution: They do a good initial repair; however, in my experience, the repair on ceramics like sinks wears off after a few years. Push your developer to replace the sink rather than repair it!

Update: Lots of emails, no goodwill—just a 1-year warranty. For items meant to last 10+ years, demand a replacement from your developer.

Brilliant work from Vik, he was very friendly and professional and the worktop he was repairing looks brand new.

I am so pleased with Snag Dr West Yorkshire. From first contact Karl kept me informed, provided a quote from the photos of our kitchen island damage and this did not increase when he saw the actual damage when he came to repair it yesterday. He clearly takes great pride in his work and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied. If I didn’t know the island had a big chip missing before he repaired I would not know anything had happened. First class job and I would definitely recommend Karl at Snag Dr West Yorkshire. Thank you

They turned up promptly, respected the property and did a great job!

Very helpful company. The booking process and communication was first class. The technician arrived on time and worked through his schedule. Very pleased with outcome and would use the firm again

Matt from Snag Doctor, North East London recently repaired my laminate kitchen work surface which had been damaged by a minor fire. I decided to use Matt to do the job as he was excellent at communicating from the beginning of my contact with him. After agreeing to a date and time for his visit, he kept me informed of his expected time of arrival throughout the day which was very helpful as I knew when to expect him. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful and explained what the job entailed. I was more than happy with the end result and the repair isn’t even visible. I had thought I’d have to pay to get the old work top removed and replaced so this repair has saved me a lot of money, time and inconvenience. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to do your repairs.

Amazing service and workmanship!
Rich (Nottingham) did a fantastic job repainting our 25 year old stone sills, they now look as good as new..THANK YOU!
100% would recommend.

Any telephone call was answered promptly and they rang back with information when they said.

Their technician arrived on time was very professional and tidied up after himself and left no mess.

I am very pleased with the job. It has saved me having new worktops.

I live in South Yorkshire so when I contacted Snag Doctor they gave me Stuart’s details who replied more or less straight away. Sturat then quoted me a price after I sent him pictures of the kitchen cabinets I needed touching up where the paint has come off and booked me in. On the day Matt P arrived on time and did an outstanding job. My kitchen looks like new. I will be definitely using snag doctor again should I have any more issues and I will recommend the service to my neighbors.

Have used West Yorkshire Snag Doctor's Karl on several occasions to fix a chip in my oven and hob, as well as a tile crack and some floorboard discolouring. Karl is meticulous in his attention to detail and all the repairs are fantastic and now not visible. Communication is also always excellent and prompt. So helpful to have this service and avoid expensive replacements. Would highly recommend!

Contacted Snag Doctor South Yorkshire for worktop repair.
Mathew did an excellent job.
Highly recommended.

Called Snag Doctor, East Yorkshire and was helped by Stuart &Josh. From start to finish the process was quick, easy and seamless. We had an issue with our 5 small areas of our laminate flooring and were all set to reluctantly replace the full bungalow flooring. However Stuart reassured us that the damage could be repaired at a fraction of the cost. Josh did an amazing job, true artistry blending the colouring and design. The scuffs and a couple of very large chips are now undetectable, and the floor will last us a few more years now. Thanks for all your help guys

Excellent service from Jake, a technician from Snag Doctor Southwest, who were called in to tend to what looked like scaffolding damage, on UPVC frames at our new Redrow home. He was punctual, a good communicator, courteous, tidy and made an excellent job on the damage.
Thank you Jake, I’m not sure I could locate those scratches now!
