SMR Locksmiths Ltd Anmeldelser

I was very happy with Simon. He is courteous and a detailed master locksmith. I had issues with my previous patio cylinder locks, and he gave excellent advice. Came in to measure the cylinder locks to ensure security is not compromised and the lock fits the patio doors perfectly. He is also very punctual and would give advance notice if he is slightly late. I will definitely use SMR again should I need help on any locks. Highly recommended.

Daunting to find a locksmith online with all the scammers out there. SMR was recommended by a friend in the area and true to form their service was professional and all up front before they even came out. Will use them again.

Simon replaced both locks for me in rapid time. Polite, professional, great value, great advice (I went for a Security upgrade), cleaned up afterwards. I'd used Simon a couple years ago and wouldn't hesitate again, great job!

Upv balcony door was jammed. Before arriving I received a full breakdown of costs - from realigning door, to replacing locks. He also provided a clear time window of when he would come over and followed up with a text when on his way. Simon was methodical, professional. Price was reasonable. I would recommend.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. As well as being polite, friendly and punctual, Simon is clearly someone who takes pride in his work. He did a wonderful job and the new locks look so good that they’re putting the door to shame but I can’t complain about that. He comes highly recommended so I didn’t shop around for quotes but the prices seemed perfectly reasonable to me. I’m a very happy customer.

Quick and efficient - would definitely recommend Simon

I called Simon at 7:30 this morning as I was away from home and had a dog sitter living in our house when he couldn’t get back in with the key he holds for us. I explained the situation to him and that I needed someone to be there within 2 hours when the dog sitter would be back with our keys so simon could work out why the door wasn’t opening. Simon gave me full break down of likely costs to which I said all more than acceptable just please make sure everything is ok! Simon arrived and sorted the problem very quickly, he also diagnosed that the lock had never been installed properly (6 years ago!) and fixed that for us as well!

He was incredibly helpful, very efficient and amazingly affordable for the speed of response and quickness of repair. 100% recommend his services!

I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful, arrived on time and talked through the options I had. Front and Rear doors changed and tested multiple times before payment was taken

Having Simon immediately attend and deal with a issue I had. He was professional and precise and took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend.

The locksmith came earlier than anticipated and was very professional with his advice (which I took and which saved me money).
Very pleasant man and would definitely recommend him.

Simon was pretty good, new cylinder reasonably price and he had the job done in no time. Also provided some handy links for me to use to get additional keys. Will definitely recommend him.

Very happy customer! Simon was professional and punctual. We had discussed the possible scenarios of what the lock issues were before he arrived and he was very helpful and polite. He came prepared with the extra pieces we needed and worked quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be asking for his help again when needed.

Great service! Arrived within 30mins and changed locks within 10. Offered advice on different lock types and overall the job was conducted in a professional and courteous manner. Business accredited by MLA which is the reason I chose this company.

Simon from SMR was great: quick, efficient, explained what the issue was and what he was doing, great job, tidied up afterwards, great value. Would use again and would recommend.

Simon was really responsive and came to change our locks at a time that was convenient for us within a week of us initially reaching out. He was really friendly and provided a helpful and honest evaluation of what we needed. He left our hallway tidier than it was when he arrived. We are really happy with the result and would highly recommend his services!

Excellent service. Simon was able to diagnose the faults in both our front and bi-fold door locks and replace the necessary parts. He was prompt, helpful and efficient. 5* service.

I was locked out of one of the bedrooms in my home and simon soon fixed that. He was proffessional and cleaned up after himself. I was grateful he came so quickly. Highly recommend him.

I found Simon friendly and efficient. He turned up on time, quickly identified the issue and fixed it so my door locks again. I would happily use Simon in the future.

Simon is very helpful and knowledgeable. When I found myself locked inside my flat due to a fault on my lock he was able to guide me through the steps to fix it over the phone and did not even charge me. Thoughout the process he was patient and gave clear instructions. I would definitely recommend using SMR Locksmiths.
