Both Ned and Jose were professional, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely recommend Smartbox to our friends and family.

I did find smart box to be less expensive thancompetitors, but also the storage boxes were in pretty sorry shape. They has very limited tie downs inside and several of the boxes has broken wood around the hinges or warped doors that the were extremely hard to close and secure. I was concerned about rain getting inside as well. Our goods did make it to Florida without damage however.

I called a number of different moving box companies and SmartBox had the best price/availability. My service reps were fantastic and kept in touch the whole time. My delivery man in Kennesaw, GA was Santa Claus and he and the owner of that branch were amazing. Delivered on time and navigated a very tricky unloading area. My only recommendation to someone using their service is to make sure and get enough boxes. I was recommended 2 boxes for my 2 bedroom apartment but 3 would have been MUCH better. We had to leave behind bookshelves and chairs not having enough space. Also, make sure not to load a Queen-size mattress horizontally, as it will not fit!! We discovered this after loading the entire box and were going to place the mattress on top of the load but could barely get it in horizontally with squishing and the box spring was not an option. Had to leave the box spring behind!

One of the doors broke it's clasps and was only being held on by the padlock by the time it got across the country. This might have been less of a problem, if we had the right amount of boxes and didn't have to fill them so tightly. Nothing was lost, however!

I really like this company and recommend they suggest a larger quantity of boxes needed and that they improve on the crate locking clasps. Would use again for sure!

Smartbox answered the phone promptly, quoted prices clearly and scheduled my pickup and delivery the very same week! The delivery was on time, super friendly service and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Definitely the best in this area of service!

This experience has been good. Even arriving at the earliest time as it was needed for me. Also, picked up promptly. Only improvement would be that the lock holders be larger to allow a larger lock. Everything has been friendly and easy. Thank you!

Smartbox is definitely the way to move!!! They are very easy to work with and extremely accommodating!!

I was so nervous about moving across the country especially from and to cities that aren't especially friendly to things being left on the street, but SMARTBOX made it so easy! After receiving a quote for a fraction of the competitors, I received a phone call from one of their very friendly staff members who was able to put all of my concerns at ease. After looking again at the website and reading other reviews, I was very pleased with what I saw and had decided to move forward. After signing the contact I was notified by SMARTBOX that I would need a permit from the city, thankfully I was able to avoid that hefty charge from my city by using the space near my garage off the street. I was worried the space wouldn't work but after I had spoke with SMARTBOX, they were able to review the space I had in mind and was given the green light. The delivery truck drivers were very courteous and efficient. They arrived and departed with the box within the time frames given to me and had called before hand to let me know when they would be arriving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to anyone and will definitely be using them again for my moving needs!

Anyone needing this type of storage or moving assistance will not be disappointed in levels of professionalism by all customer facing employees. Positive company culture has been instilled in all employees. All questions are thoroughly answered and companies ability to adapt to moving issues and changes makes at least this component of moving, completely free of stress.

I looked at a lot of storage options for my entire apartment worth of goods while I am away on extended travel. I liked the ease of the process and being able to speak to someone on the phone. The local representative was very helpful as was the driver who picked up and delivered and everything was on time. Best of all it was a great option for me being cost conscious.

Both the person I chatted with online to setup my order and the delivery guy were great. However, when I emailed the local office to inquire about missing moving blankets, I never received a response.

Update: Shortly after posting this review, the local office called to apologize for missing my email. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal phone call. Turns out it was my mistake anyway!

Not done yet with my SMARTBOX experience but so far has met my storage needs at a much better price than it's competitors.

From the first call to Smartbox we knew they were a superior company. The prices fair and reasonable. Delivery was the best, the driver called before his arrival, was extremely personable. Once at our home he took his time and worked diligently to place the Smartboxes exactly where we wanted them. We definitely would use this company again.

My delivery showed up very late and then blocked the garage. When I called to get it moved, it took an extended period of time to get someone back over to move the boxes. I had to call back to get an update as to when the issue would be resolved.

The good news, someone answered the call off hours, was very nice and did eventually fix the issue. So, not great but not even close to being horrible.

I reserve 5 star ratings. In fact, I almost have a hard time clicking the 5th in general. The team in Chatsworth took my reservation over the phone, got me set up with packing materials, showed up on time, called when they needed to, and did everything right. I know they'll do their best to keep the box safe and move it carefully because of they way they work intelligently and efficiently. It's a great deal too.

Having worked as a Customer Service Program Manager for a Fortune 100 company that won awards for its outstanding consumer customer service, I know customer service. I rarely experience the level of service that SMARTBOX DELIVERED. And THAT lightened the stress of my move. Thank you!

I would definitely use this service again! I was able to get smartboxes delivered to me even at the last minute! I wasn't sure that they would fit in my parking area through the alley but the driver was able to make it work and he was very professional. I'm glad I didn't have to rent a truck and pack that just to have to do it again when I was done with the remodel. Smartbox really made this whole process very easy for me, and I appreciate that!
