They charged me so much for poor customer service and late delivery- I took a day off to wait for their delivery, and it ended up being extremely late. The customer service was also very unhelpful- they said they'd call back about the eta of my items but never did. When I called them again to ask, they replied rudely and sounded extremely annoyed at me. Expensive and inefficient! Would not recommend.

Am not a person who like to complaint!
But this company is forcing me to do.

Worst scammers ever! Life Storage and EZ Storage merged, and they had issues with payments. They keep asking for payment fees.

1. I arranged a schedule, but they keep changing the timing, forcing me to reschedule all my appointments.

2. The staff are RUDE when replying to messages!

3. Biggest scammer ever—this company is a joke.

Worst scammers ever, Life Storage and EZ storage merged and they had a problem with their automatic payments, resulting in a 175.00$ fee charged to me for being late when it was their billing issue. I tried to resolve this problem with a Custer service rep who could care less big corporate company praying on less fortunate people. Don’t rent from them

I have had my things with EZ storage for over 2 years. They are nice enough when you sign up. From that moment on every question or concern will result in a "sorry, there's nothing we can do". An error turned ino a $170 fee on an $85 p/mo unit. Believe me, I will never use or recommend ezStorage again.

The staff Marnie was polite and very helpful in my decision about size unit I needed. The process was easy. The building was clean and well lit.

Setting up the account was a breeze. Everyone pitched in to take care of us and get us started. The facility is very clean and modern.

No RESTROOMS outside of business hours, overpriced, the whole building smells like a chemical factory, the swinging doors are a hassle, and the traffic light in front of the building doesn’t even work right, your on-site employee could at least give people a heads up of this but doesn’t.

I was very impressed with two customer service representatives. They were very nice and explained the rental agreement clearly. Great facility!

Coming in the door to do business with your company and rent one of your storage space , Georage verblally attacked me on my 1st visit 2rd visit . §o i asked him to treat me like every other customer coming through the gate ,and only adress or speak to me if it's business . On my 3rd visit to my rented storage unit george didn't respect my wishes and request , in front if my niece and nefew who i inform of his verble abuse to me . As i move forward renting this storage unit please keep your emplyee george as far away from me as possible . A paying customer ODESSA GHEE

Storage unit needs to be updated, coming from another Ez Storage place I was really disappointed. It is a big difference from the newer place
