Shipping time was okay. The frames are beautiful and fit great.
The lenses are awful and I am unable to make out any kind of surfacing or cutting. It seems they have no prescription specifications at all.
After being questioned if I had entered the right prescription (???) they are being returned and on the way back right now. I have been offered a full refund, but I am out return shipping cost and still don't have the pair of glasses I was hoping for.
I don't know if I want to trust enough to reorder.
I am disappointed to say the least.

First off I wanna say I wanted to like this company so bad they do have a lot of cute looking frames on the website one of the first struggles that I’ve had is their customer service is extremely slow often taking two days to get back to me with a simple question.
Secondly, they do not have a try on feature like other online glasses companies do making it extremely hard to pick out a frame. I ordered two frames in which did not fit my face however I sent them back for an exchange, as my options were full amount store, credit or 50% money back I wanted to try some other frames cause there were so many cute ones to pick from. I used the measurements from the glasses that didn’t work out as well as my old pair at home and analyzed every frame that might fit my face and made spreadsheets, etc. used ChatGPT also to pick out the right color in shape. This took me over a week to analyze the next two pairs that I ordered. I was so excited for, but they did not fit at all nor did one of the frames look anything like what was advertised I was obviously pretty upset as I put a lot of work into picking out another frame. They said I could not get a refund or store credit on on these two I am upset and would even take 50% store credit so I could get one good pair of glasses how can you expect somebody to get it right even on the second time without trying these frames on and not offer some kind of exchange it seems unfair to me and all I want is someone to speak with me but they will not respond to any emails.
Do not order from this company go to any other company.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from these as they looked huge, but the reviews were so good I gave them a try and I don’t regret it. They fit really nicely even though I have a relatively small head. They are really well constructed, and look high end. The metal detail on the end of the rims is unique and makes them look really put together and fashionable and not even a little clownish like I had feared. I wanted to lean into the big glasses trend and these were a fantastic pick for that.

Easy, smooth and so budget friendly! Makes me want to order more.

I took a chance with my new Parker-r glasses and so glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the prescription matched to a t! I also cannot complain about the price point as well! I would recommend them to anyone! The only downside to the purchase was the shipping time, it seemed kind of long considering they came from Beijing but in reality that’s with any glasses so I can’t complain too much! I would purchase from sllac again!

You get what you pay for.
I was disappointed that I didn’t like the frames I ordered or the exchange pair. My first pair I bought there was good so I tried the store again.
The lenses were made spot on with my progressive prescription.
I personally am not going to take another chance ordering here again but I would recommend because of the lens and the glasses arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

Customer service was prompt and excellent. I ordered the wrong frames and emailed when I realized my mistake. They were very quick to respond with issue all fixed! My daughter LOVES her frames and we plan to order more.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from them but they arrived broken which was upsetting, however, they’re processing a full refund to me and offered to reship them free of charge.

I paid $25 for expedited shipping and it took them two weeks to get my non-prescription frames to my house. I asked them to refund the shipping since the timeline did not honor what I paid, for they refused saying that expedited shipping timelines are not guaranteed. On top of that, the glasses I received did not look like the ones I ordered. They had some differences and were very poor quality. With that said, I believe that you get what you pay for but in this case, I certainly didn’t even get what I paid for it with $25 expedited shipping. I do not recommend purchasing from here. Their customer service is absolutely frustrating.

Don't use SLLAC!! I purchased from them a few years back and didn't realize for about 6 months that they had the wrong prescription on one side (my eyes were compensating, so I didn't notice).

The Sister glasses are stylish yet practical. I get compliments every thime I wear them!

I ordered eyeglasses one month ago and have not received them. Delivery to my apartment building apparently failed twice (I was home and received no notification that they’d tried delivering them). The tracker said they were being returned to sender. I wrote to Sllac, and they said the package would be redelivered, but I needed to provide a different mailing address. I did so, and they said the glasses would be reshipped, but they haven’t yet - it’s been 16 days since failed delivery. The company is no longer responding to me via email, even when I’ve asked for a refund.

Don’t buy from SLLAC. They are not transparent about shipping and duties. I was hit with a $20 duty fee months after my purchase and it was never mentioned when I was paying for shipping. Also the glasses are shit quality. They also do not allow for returns. Terrible customer service, they only care about making money

Bad return policy for online glasses. Offered me a one time store credit to return a pair. I had to pay to send them back. Picked a new pair. The lens were messed up and they told me I couldn't return them because they were purchased with a store credit. Then offered to send me new lens after I emailed them a bunch and said I have to pay for them to ship me the lens. Do not use them.
