The eyeglasses that arrived were not at all what I had ordered. Trying to get in touch with the company by the two telephone numbers I have found on the site (one tel in NJ, and one in California) are just recordings and do not respond. So there is no way to speak to someone for help.

Dream experience. Package arrived earlier than expected, glasses look just as they did online, and amazing price point. I used to buy from Warby Parker, but the quality genuinely seems better as well as the better price, so I will buy from here again.

I did not like the first pair I tried (just style-wise--I was debating between pairs when I ordered), and exchanging was very easy. Communicating with customer service was slick and easy. Quick turnaround and received credit instantly from them.

The glasses are very cute but they hurt the back of my ears and squeezes my head. i was able to loosen one side, but the screw on the left side is striped and won’t budge.

After a crappy experience ordering there was an issue with brown tint shortage? And finally the pair i got after 3 months was acceptable.
I've since tried to order another in the style I usually get but so many problems with the site I had to gi e up until my patience returns.

Glasses stated as light weight was not expecting very thin plastic, the quality isn't great but if you want affordable these are it. They Offered 50% refund, shipping and handling has to be done by myself

The frames themselves are nice, but the problem is they are too small for progressive glasses, and I’m unable to use them without getting dizzy. Quite a shame, too.

So far they have been great. My daughter loves her glasses and they look great on her. They seem to be well made and they came very quickly.

We got them after a long wait, didn't know they were being shipped from China. Now my son can't even wear them because they make him feel "wonky" even though this is the exact prescription we have for his glasses. Is there a return policy?

They arrived quickly from a different continent and with care instructions and a small screwdriver which is much appreciated 👍 They look very nice and the legs arent loose which has happend with other glasses from different brands. I also really like that there are no gaudy details like big glittery logos or lettering on the side.

Super cute sunglasses for my 4 year old who wanted a little razzle dazzle. I felt confident while ordering since there was a spot to upload her actual prescription- takes a little guesswork off of me.

Okay so with a pair of glasses I’ve ordered, it didn’t come in with any lenses and I thought well maybe it was a mistake then like 3 days later I ordered the same glasses but got it in two pairs instead to see just in case if they’ll give me any with lenses. So nope still didn’t receive any lenses whatsoever. Sucks.

The glasses were perfect. When I ordered them, the script seemed a little off to the company. They reached out before making the glasses to clarify and then rushed the order. Great customer service.

I'm super picky when I shop for glasses. I have a small face & it's hard to find frames that don't overwhelm my face. So when I found this delicate rimless frame & a great price on the ultra thin progressive lenses I had to try them out. It took a couple of weeks for them to arrive but they kept me updated on the tracking. I'm very happy I tried these out they are perfect in every way and the most affordable pair of quality glasses I've purchased ever. I will definitely return for another pair so I will actually have a 2nd pair with my current prescription instead of a pair with an old outdated prescription.
