Wallet is great, the customized quote is not so visible but it’s well done. The delivery was a bit late.

Very prompt delivery and the Secrid wallet is a thing of art.

I paid extra for a picture and my name to be written on the wallet. The picture doesn’t look at all like they said it would, it’s a black square and they didn’t put my name as paid for. I contacted them several times SINCE APRIL and no word. They didn’t refund the money for the work they did not do or for the bad job they did. Ridiculous! And they deleted my review on their website

Says before ordering that tax is included when shipping to other countries, but when it arrived it said I need to pay for custom clearance and tax. Have tried contacting the seller through chat, contact form and email since last week but have not heard anything from them.

Wallet needs to have a bit more room to store notes. I can really only fit 1-2 in mine comfortably in the side pocket, opposite the cards, making it tough to pull out. Perhaps they should put some sort of elastic on outside that will allow for bills or receipts to be kept attached to the wallet.

Just a gorgeous product that my boyfriend loves. Well made, great idea, really stylish. Perfect for not being weighed down with a conventional wallet.

I never got my package! I tried to talk to customer service, they said they will try to help. And nothing happened. The package was a gift for someone and we never received the item.

Delivery was sooner than expected. Wallet looks better in real life than in picture.

Excellent product which is well made. Easy to book on line and received within a few days. Have since reordered for family member with same service. Anticipate reordering another wallet soon.

I ordered a 40 GBP wallet on December 13 2022 with a claimed delivery of 5 to 15 days (UK to Croatia). It is now January 31 2023 and I still haven't received the wallet. Beginning of January I sent several e-mails to SWJ to inquire about the delivery and after some time received a reply from a certain David Bruce blaming the Royal Mail strike in December for the delay. He also promised to check with Royal Mail and get back to me. After waiting for a week to receive an update I sent several e-mails asking for a refund - all ignored. Since Royal Mail was not on strike during January it's now obvious that the wallet will never be delivered.

Package took 3 months to arrive, and I could not get a hold of slim wallet junkie through any means whether it be email, text, call, Instagram, etc..

Bought one of the Secrid wallets back in mid-October as an early Christmas gift. It was extremely well-received on Christmas Day. Have used Slim Wallet Junkie for Secrid products before and have always been impressed by the range available, ease of purchase, speed of delivery, quality of packaging and post-purchase care and communications. Highly recommended!
