Great customer service
Great customer service, ordered on the 11th of December, nd as many other customers did not receive the wallet due to the strikes delays, contacted the company who at first told me to wait another 48h to see if it would turn up, when it was clear that it wouldn’t another walled was posted “next day guaranteed delivery” and I now have the item. Xmas present crisis averted, thank you!

I have not received the wallet for 2 weeks

I have not received the wallet (today is 14 Dec), it’s been 2 weeks late from the shipped dates 30 Nov. (Ordered on 24 Nov)
The staff - David only reply me said the delay was because of the Royal Mail strike, and confirmed me will receive the wallet by 9 Dec (which is strike day), I emailed again on 10 & 13 Dec but no reply or update from your company.
I have double-checked the Royal Mail tracking number the message pop-up “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item”, from this notify message I assumed the wallet have not been posted by your company.
Please find someone to contact me. Thank you!

in terms of notes, the wallet has been specifically designed to hold notes quickly and conveniently, that's what we've found when using it. Ordered and paid for 1-3 working days delivery. Received email after 1 week to say it had been shipped. Perhaps seller was unwell!? Finally arrived 11th day. Item fine in original box.

HI Maggie, thanks for your order and taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry that your order took a little longer to arrive than usual. A combination of the Black Friday sale weekend being the busiest time of the year, combined with Royal Mail strikes meant this was a little delayed.
I have double-checked and it looks like we did reply to two emails from you dated the 28th and 30th November. I hope you received them.
Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service, I spent £65 with this company, royal mail failed to deliver my items, I suspect they lost it and I have not received a refund as promised so I've had to contact my bank to get them to issue a charge back

Hi Tony, we're sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately, the item was lost with Royal Mail which was out of our hands. We did work with them to try and find it and let you know this. Once they confirmed it was lost, we tried to contact you to arrange a replacement or refund, but you had already issued a chargeback with your bank meaning we were unable to do so, but did refund you through the chargeback mechanism, which took a little longer than we would usually be able to.
We're really sorry for your experience, it definitely fell well below our standards.

just awful I tried to contact them by phone 10 times I wrote to the email no answer so far,I returned a shipment, I still haven't received my money back, but 3 weeks have passed and no answer ..
I even paid for fast delivery of my shipment came in a after week and 4 days..

Not worth the cheaper price. Don't expect any response from them
I did get my purchase so 1 star for that. It was cheaper than another site so another star.
Other than that, it was not a good experience. It's almost impossible to contact anyone from this company. I only managed to get through the phone once to confirm my order status. There was some complications with my initial request for engraving so I told them they could just send it out without the engraving. Not sure what they would have done if I didn't manage to get through since no one bothered to contact me to inform or update on the issue.
Afterwards, when the wallet arrived, I noticed there was a slight defect with the leather (visible white patch on it) and tried to contact them again via email to ask about it. Did not receive any reply or hear from them at all.
Do not recommend. I should have paid the higher price and bought from the other site rather than this site with non-existant customer service. So much for their website stating they aim to reply within x number of days. It's an outright lie.
Edit: Downgraded my rating because of another blatant lie. Nobody contacted me so I contacted Junk via their "live chat" on their website. Someone initially responded with the same claim of not having received my emails. Bah! I sent to emails in April but they both went in some black hole? Asked if I could send a photo via the live chat (which it just wasn't possible to.... do you not know your own website and its functionalities?) I asked if there was an alternative email I could send the photo to and magically, the person responding disappeared into the same black hole/Bermuda triangle my emails went to. No more response after that. Wonderfully living up to their website of being SLIM WALLET JUNKservIcE.
Returning to the point about the customisation, THE ISSUE HERE IS NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMISATUON BUT THAT YOU DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT THE STATUS OR PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. I waited and waited for the order to be mailed out but there was no update despite my emails/attempts to live chat until I finally managed to get through via phone. ZERO INITIATIVE WHATSOEVER. Even your staff acknowledged that someone should have replied the live chat messages earlier cos he could see the messages sent there. JUNK COMPANY.
Update: As of 27/6/2022, still no follow up from the company. Just a token email from them saying pls resend us the photo and silence again.

We do understand that you requested a certain personalisation, but after checking on it we let you know this unfortunately would not be possible and you chose to receive the product without personalisation.
We have not received any email or other communication from you regarding the quality of the wallet once you have received it. I have gone back and searched and there simply isn't any email from you. We are sorry your product may have a fault and we will reach out to you to get a photo so we can see how best to get this sorted.

Extremely disappointed with the quality…
Extremely disappointed with the quality of the print/ink on the wallet I purchased as a gift for my partner. Within minutes of him opening up the present the black print has come off and smeared over the red leather. Now left with a dirty grey/green, hardly able to read inscription.
