They advised they had staffing issues and delivery may be delayed and applied a discount as goodwill gesture. However the wallets were received in short order and the recipients are absolutely delighted with their gifts. Fantastic job. Have used more than once in the past and will do again without hesitation.

I ordered a wallet from Slim Wallet Junkie and, although there was an unsuccessful attempt to deliver it by Royal Mail, it was returned to the company. Since then, all attempts to contact them (by email and phone) have been met with no response and so they've taken my money and they've still got the wallet. Terrible.

Ordered a personalised wallet for my husband to be, with the website advertising next day dispatch and 1-3 day delivery. Now 4 days before the wedding and still no dispatch note, no answer to any of my emails/ online chat or phone. Terrible customer service, no product received. Extremely disappointed and don’t know if anything will ever arrive. Would consider changing my rating if something arrives before the wedding - not a reliable company though, wish I’d read these reviews first :(

Terrible aftersales.

Bought a personalised SECRID slim wallet and was sent another product which is selling cheaper on thier website.

Attempted to contact by phone, email and the 'chat with us' facility on website with nil response.

Definitely would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Not happy with wallet leather easily marked.

Have been trying to get a refund for weeks. They have violated their own refunds policy as I have proof my package reached them. This company has ignored 3 x emails and several calls from me - I have had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Very poor.

Ordered a wallet from them which failed to arrive. Tried to contact the company on 15 separate occasions by telephone with no response. Emailed 5 times and received a lame excuse saying they’d look into the matter for me.

Do not support.

Well made wallets, love the fit, love everything about it. Wish there were more colors but still happy with the ones they have :)

Great wallet, excellent ship speed and good packaging.

If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered a wallet that never arrived. When I finally managed to get someone to answer the phone, they said they would send a replacement. They didn't. They also did not respond to ANY EMAILS or chats and no one EVER answered the phone. No replacement, no refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I can only conclude that their so-called good rating is due to them filling in their own reviews during the 8 hours they are sat about not answering the phone or responding to enquiries.

Fast shipping, good products.

Quality was poor and card release mechanism was very flakey. Worked half the time. Tried calling and emailing to organise a swap and initially wanted to pay for a wallet with a press stud but ended up returning it for a refund. After 10 days of having calls and emails ignored I had to create a PayPal case. Certainly not for me, pay the money to get a more luxury brand and experience.

Ordered a wallet on the 18th of October 2023. Informed of its shipping status on 19th of October 2023. Item never arrived. Emailed the company numerous times, no response. Chatbot, no resolution. Instagram, ignored. Landline, no answer despite many attempts. Quick to take your money, but zero response if there is an issue. Avoid at all costs, and spend your money at a more reputable business.

Excellent product and service.

I ordered a wallet for my husband on 30 September. It's now 10th November and it hasn't arrived. I contacted Slim Wallet Junkie via email but haven't had a reply; tried their live chat with no answer; and have just called without a pick up. I suspect my money and my wallet will never be seen again.

Because of mistake "probably" done by seller it was needed to pay additional fee of 25 EUR as import fee in EU (Slovenia). Item become quite expensive and saler dont reply on my last emails with all information from out import customs regarding VAT and custom clearance .... Pay attention if you are ordering in EU...

Why don’t you let me pay in the currency I want to pay. It didn’t used to be like that a few years back. I was happy with the store before. Now I’m looking for alternatives to order my stuff from as the site updates the currency based on my shipping address and uses a very unfavoravle exchange rate. And seems no way to opt out from it.
