My daughter ordered me a personalised wallet for my birthday, it never arrived, emails, calls etc all unanswered. Eventually got a refund from Pay Pal, this is an utterly awful supplier

Faulty item arrived as a present, and customer service ignored multiple emails and live chat.
Issue persisted for so long we had to action chargebacks through our credit card provider.

Would not recommend at all

Item arrived faulty and despite a number of attempts zero contact from customer services - quick to take your money but follow on service appalling - avoid at all costs!

Worse customer service, ever. No replies to numerous emails and chats. Finally received refund for a returned product over 1 month after returning it. Only positive is that the product is very good.

Well i didn’t see all the bad review here before ordering… But have zero complaints from me! Ordered at 2pm on Thursday with custom lasering to the front of wallet, wallet now with me by 10am on Friday morning. Top class service from the Slim Wallet junkie team on my order, even with a special request to have the lasering done elsewhere on the wallet.

Will happily use again in the future. Thanks!

I’ve ordered a personalised wallet and recieved little to no communication about how long it would take. I selected first class (2-3 day delivery) but didn’t arrive then. Called so many times and emailed and even texted them and no reply at all! So fed up and just need some sort of response about if I’m going to get the wallet I ordered, let alone my refund! I could barely afford this wallet and thought it would make such a great present but sadly was disappointed by what it seems to be a scam! I would really like the wallet I ordered for a present, as a family member has ordered from them before and loved that wallet they ordered and had great service.

Amazing product. Had one already so got one for family member with their initials. Arrived swiftly. Nicely packaged.

I recently ordered a custom printed Secrid wallet from this company. The customer service before ordering was good - and I received the relevant assistance.
However when I received the product I noticed a print error and all the ink had run over the item staining it. I emailed 3 times, plus tried live chat, and I got ignored.

Eventually I had to take this up with my card issuer who arranged the refund.
This company seriously needs to sort out its aftercare as they’re going to start receiving a lot of chargebacks if issues continue.

Great card holder

I recently received a SECRID slim wallet in vintage black which was personalised on the card holder. Sadly the writing is very blurred and we would like a replacement. I emailed twice to notify you of this issue within the last week but I have received no reply which is very disappointing, given this is a special Birthday gift for our 70 year old Dad. I would be very grateful if someone could reply to my email and offer a solution. Order number 55138. Many thanks.

Returned item almost 1 month ago. I have proof the item was received. Several emails and calls along with trying to chat on on the website, nothing!! Sent final email today as this needs to be referred to the relevant trading standards authorities due to breaches of consumer rights. I'm out of pocket £59. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from any company. Avoid at all costs!!

I didn’t get my refund I sent so many e mails just ignored I felt it’s a very dodgy website, no phone calls answered no reply at all, and my item was received not refunded any money.

Ordered a wallet but was not satisfied with it when it arrived. Used the tracked royal mail return and all seemed fine, but MONTHS later I’ve heard nothing from SlimWalletJunkie. Never got my money back despite me calling up time and time again to try and get through to someone. Avoid this company unless you know you’ll not return a product you buy. Tried to get my money back through my bank but because I’ve got no proof of attempting to resolve the issue (because they can’t be contacted it seems) I’m out £40,

From order to delivery, all was well etc.
No complaints.
