Absolutely terrible! The service fees are are ridiculous and the customer service is horrible! Call or order from the actual store and save your money. I just ordered and made a mistake ordering and immediately contacted customer service and they were unwilling to help. They kept saying “your order is already in the over and there’s nothing that can be done. I order from this place all the time and they would have definitely helped if the order was made directly to them. DO NOT USE!

GARBAGE. This driver showed up AN HOUR after our food was ready and took 35 minutes to deliver after. Customer service was worthless. DO NOT USE.

This is a wonderful local pizza place! Nothing is over-processed. They use fresh, high-quality ingredients and make everything from scratch. Everyone in my family was happy with what we ordered!

Took a chance on a busy holiday and so happy we did. Ordered takeout and it arrived quickly. Still nice and hot. Personable delivery person. We ordered pizza and built it to our way. The crust was so good and the topping choices were wonderful. I'll definitely order from them again! Pam Lewis

Ordered pizza with The Brick Oven in Foley, Alabama. The driver never showed up, so significantly after the food was supposed to be delivered, we drove to the restaurant and picked our order up. The driver still didn’t show. We will never use this service again. Should have gotten it ourselves to begin with, lesson learned…

Horrible. Delivery was delayed three times, I had to call. All they can do is geo locate the driver and make promises. My food was ICE COLD, GROSS AND LITERALLY PRACRICALLY INEDIBLE. I pray that i am able to endure this because it’s my only option at a hotel. They charged me $5 admin fee, and another delivery fee and I also gave a 15% tip in advance. I’m absolutely disgusted with these delivery apps. Even when I’m home, there’s always delay, total lack of if any quality control on the food, it’s absolutely terrible. They did not meet any requirement I asked for no ham and they put ham all over the pizza. I’m disgusted, I don’t know who is worse the pizza place or the slice app. Definitely the slice app. I’m done with delivery apps, you have to have ZERO standards to continue with these businesses, it’s a terrible shame. It’s 2026, ridiculous.

I was charged $68 for an order that was never delivered. When I called customer service, the phone literally rang for over an hour with no answer. I then used the chat feature to explain the situation and request a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they removed chat access from my account and told me to call support — the same number that no one answers.
What makes this worse is that they clearly received my message through chat, still charged me anyway, and falsely marked the order as “delivered.” Extremely frustrating experience and terrible customer service. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

I placed an order through Slice and selected delivery because I do not have transportation to pick up the food. During checkout, I was prompted to leave a 15% tip for the driver, which confirmed to me that my order was being processed as a delivery order. At one point, the app also showed that it was looking for a driver.
After placing the order, the app showed my food was available for pickup instead of delivery. I contacted Slice customer support immediately and explained that I selected delivery, not pickup. At first, I was told the order was placed as pickup. Then after I pushed back and explained that I tipped a driver and had no way to pick it up, support asked for my address to see if the restaurant could deliver.
After checking, they told me the restaurant had no drivers available to deliver the order. When I asked for a refund, I was told they could not refund me because the food was already ready for pickup. That is not fair because I did not place the order expecting to pick it up. I selected delivery, tipped as if it was delivery, and the app indicated it was looking for a driver.
Slice support eventually acknowledged that they understood I intended to place the order as delivery, but still did not offer a refund, credit, or real resolution. I was left with food I could not pick up and money spent on a service I did not receive.
This was a very frustrating experience. Slice needs to improve its ordering system and customer support process so customers are not charged for orders they cannot receive because delivery was unavailable after checkout.

Customer support is pretty much nonexistent. App is glitchy, and you will not get a response if something goes wrong. Just use the other apps.

Ordered a pizza from my regular place. The pizza never arrived. Tried multiple times to get someone on the chat option for help with no responses. The phone number provided would ring 6 or 7 times and then a prompt would come up saying the number isn’t available at this time then hung up on me. Still no response, no refund, no nothing. It’s like slice just took my 27 dollars then vanished.

Absolutely terrible, I ordered food over an hour ago they charged me twice and when I called the restaurant to confirm when I’d be receiving my food they said they never received my order. I tried to call both numbers listed for slice and neither worked and tried to go through the app to get help and haven’t gotten a response yet.

This app is not good! They are not reliant and their customer service response is non-existent. If you are looking to order from a business who uses this app I would suggest you call the business directly.
