Ordered a large meat lovers pizza through Slice and paid $42 for the pizza and two drinks. After waiting over an hour—especially frustrating since I only treat myself to pizza about once a month—I finally received my order… and it was completely wrong. Instead of a meat lovers, I got a cheese and mushroom pizza. Not even close.
I immediately tried calling the pizzeria to fix the issue, but no one answered. So I was stuck paying for and eating something I didn’t order after a long wait.
When I called the next day, it took way too long for them to even locate my order. Once they did, I was told they refunded me $25—meaning I still paid $17 for a pizza I didn’t want and never ordered.
Between the incorrect order, lack of communication, and partial refund, this was a really disappointing experience. Poor customer service from both the restaurant and Slice. Definitely makes me think twice before ordering again.

Ordered 3 pizza's and 8oz container of ranch dressing to be delivered. Slice driver showed up with the pizza's, but no ranch dressing. Driver said to contact the restaurant, nothing he could do about it. Called Monte Cellos and they said the ranch dressing is here, but nothing they could do about it, had to contact Slice. Stuck in the infamous circle of each party says to call the other one. Next time we have guests over we will drive to Large Plain for pizza.

Been using Slice for a few years now and love it. So easy to order. If I have an issue with my order, their customer service contacts the restaurant and it gets resolved. Had an issue today and it was taken care of quickly

I placed an order and provided specific delivery instructions. However, I couldn’t track my order in the Slice app. I contacted customer service when it showed an expected delivery time of 9:35 PM, but by 9:44 PM there was still no update. The representative told me it should arrive any minute.
By 10:00 PM, the tracker still showed the order as “out for delivery.” I eventually checked my neighbor’s door and found my pizza had been left there. When I brought it inside, it was cold.
I contacted Slice again, but they sided with the delivery driver, stating the order had been delivered and that the driver knocked. This directly contradicts the delivery instructions I provided, which were not followed. I even asked the representative to read back my instructions and sent a screenshot showing the tracker still had not been updated. If it had been updated correctly, I could have found my order sooner.
The representative then told me that the restaurant controls the funds and that no refund or discount would be issued.
So after spending $50, I ended up with cold pizza, a delayed delivery, and no accountability. To make matters worse, the tracker didn’t update to “delivered” until 11:05 PM.
This experience was extremely frustrating and defeats the purpose of using an app like Slice. If the app can’t provide accurate tracking or support the customer when something goes wrong, what is the point? If I could give 0 stars I would!

Worst delivery service. Pizza was picked up at 4:32. We live 10 mins. away from the pizza place. We didn’t get the pizza until 5:16 after we inquired twice as to what the delay was about. With the 1st inquiry we were told the driver was 10 mins. away. We then inquired 15 mins. later because the food was still not delivered. Total let down.

Easy to order from local pizza shops no matter where you are. When traveling for work out of state, I didn't have to spend time or gas money driving around to find somewhere to eat. I simply opened Slice and ordered. Got my food and always got my receipts for expense reports. Slice is AWESOME.

Pizza was delicious as always, love the crust! Cooked to perfection. Eggplant parm scratched the itch too! And everything arrived perfectly. Pizza looked beautiful and the cheese was intact.

They had a wide range of pizza offerings and my team appreciated the quality of the restaurants. As far as the app's ease of use I found it straightforward and it meant a lot that they responded really quickly with a clear contact number when I was trying to track a large catered event.

Been using slice for a while now. Every time I have an issue with my order(not an error cause by slice) Slice is quick to resolve the issue. Never disappointed!

Never received my order. Driver picked it up and never delivered it. Went in the chat after an hour the delivery was supposed to be delivered. Thankfully they refunded all my money. Won't be using this app again

Thought I'd try the ease of online ordering. Wrong...store did not start our order until I called AFTER the original delivery time we were told by Slice. One hour and 20 minutes later we got our order. Not sure if we'd gotten anything if I hadn't called to check.

Kept trying to download app, it kept telling me my password was wrong, eventhough I changed it numerous times, so I couldn't track my order. Pizza came an hour and a half later. Sucks because the pizza place ordered from is really good. But I won't be using slice again, so I probably won't order delivery from that pizza place either. Not good for busy mom's. Sorry Angela's pizza in lake katrine ny.

I love the Slice app BUT the shop I ordered from is CLOSED for business therefore it needs to be removed from Slice. I placed an order for pick up on 3/25/26. When I arrived at the shop it was closed closed like nothing inside the store. Luckily I was able to get my money back and the representative that helped me via chat was kind and patient. The name of the shop is Quality Pizza located at 6438 Rising Sun Ave in Philadelphia.

Contacted the chat minutes after realizing I forgot an item on my order - should have just called the store directly. While customer support said they'd called the store and they'd added the forgotten item and an addition $9.75 to my bill - when the order was delivered - not surprisingly - the additional item was not included. Much better to use Doordash where you can dispute a missing item.

I ordered a pizza at 1:10pm. I was told it would be delivered at 2:00pm at the latest. 2:30pm comes around and I still hadn’t received the delivery and received no notification that it was delayed. I called customer service and they said the first driver never showed up, they sent a second driver, the restaurant was remaking the pizza, and that a driver will deliver it in about 10 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and I get a call from the restaurant, NOT slice, that the second driver showed up and left because the pizza was not ready and didn’t come back. Again, no notification from slice. I called customer service again, and they had the audacity to ask if I could pick it up? I could not, that’s why I ordered delivery. At this point it was two hours since I placed my order. They offered a refund but refused to credit me the entire amount. I requested to speak to a manager multiple times but this request was denied. Not notifying a customer that a pizza will not be delivered not once but twice after two hours is ludicrous.

Tried ordering a chicken salad salad but the app only showed two selections grilled chicken salad and Chicken salad. Contacted support they said I ordered wrong and it wasn’t their app. Took screen shots of the app showing the options none of which showed a chicken salad salad option. Logged into the app the next day they changed the options on the app then emailed me stating I chose the wrong option. Will never use them again to order food. Horrible service I wish you could attach pics to prove my point. @ Slice I sent you screenshots and explained the issue to your email listed below. Your response is what prompted this bad review
