Sky the onanists.
Cancelled my sim only contract with these onanists.
They sent e mail saying my account cancelled, I replied to this saying I trust I will here no more.
Today they have confirmed account is cancelled bu then saying I still have to pay them for ongoing contract in a text.
Coverage has never worked at Unthank or Shillito either despite saying it would.
Do not use.

I'm in the right place also. Skymobile has tried to take multiple payments from me this month, the bank is actually stopping the payments for me, thank goodness. last month they pulled it out 3 times and got my money, it took them 45 days to reimburse my money back to my card, didnt use debit, i use credit just for things like this. they've been charging me earlier for the last 2 months, i used to pay end of month just 3 months ago, this month was the 12th. so they're stealing from us as i'm not getting 30 days of service but i'm sure paying for it. Advice from me, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, go to another provider, one better than this anyway, and good luck if you do go to them, You'll regret it after a few months.

Lucky to get a star - robbing from a grieving family!!!
I don’t even want to give them one star! My late wife passed august 2022, I contacted to tell them, the changed tv and broadband into my name yet there was a separate account with my wife’s mobile number attached. I asked for her phone to be cancelled and if I could send the phone back once I’d got the videos and photos from it. I was told don’t worry about sending the phone back please don’t worry about that at this time and her contract will be cancelled. Then a letter as of March 2024 advising I owe £150 plus £28 in arrears. Turns out they can’t find my call from September 2022 even though they’re my phone provider. They hadn’t cancelled the agreement and continued to charge me for 18 months. Over £308 taken from my account but because the phone was in my name they apparently refused to cancel. So why didn’t the agent just tell me that rather than lie. I was given a deadlock letter to say the complaint will not be upheld and to approach the FOS. So I asked what if I’m dead who would they then charge, my children?? I’m only on this planet right now because of my children and they’re causing pain that I don’t want to feel again. So they hadn’t kept to their promise when I initially called, cancelled the sim yet continued to charge me, served me notice and all for their mess ups and refuse to return my money. Reason being the phone was taken out in my name and placed onto a separate account we had no knowledge of and could never get access to. Even though my bank paid all sky bills they stick to the “you took the agreement out” yep for my dead wife’s phone when she was alive. Yet I can’t cancel when she died??? I’m done with these snakes. Customer for 15 years!!!!

Is there an option for zero stars? Have been without data for over a day because of an issue their side, customer service is almost non existent. Wish I had stayed on my previous network provider. No WiFi access on London Underground etc

Phone hardly works & when my wife rings…
Phone hardly works & when my wife rings me it says number not recognised. 40+ minutes wait times to talk to anyone from sky. I will be going back to EE after, as no problems at all with them

Shocking Service and product
No 1. Don't ever buy a flip phone
My Samsung z flip was sold to me on a 3yrr contract and lasted properly for 14 months,a total waste of time and money and a complete design fault,the screen split within 12 months and eventually just completely stopped working.
No 2. Don't ever trust , deal or believe anything Sky Mobile ever tell you, they are so unhelpful and completely distance themselves from the problems,they will try to charge you for a big repair bill whilst selling you a product that is completely not fit for purpose and after 12 months is considered worthless to them but still chargeable to yo for 36 months,then they will threaten you of defaulting your credit agreement.
I'm afraid I will stop all my direct debits with Sky and never deal with them again.

Having been with sky TV.. and then moblie for a long time. I've had enough of dealing with a company that when things go wrong. And their billing system is a post office wrong in calculating bills. They just gaslight and then argue. Ciscas agree they were wrong . The weak apology demanded starts with, I'm sorry you feel you had to go to the ombudsman. Continuing with . We will use your feedback. THAT IS NOT AN APOLOGY. Its yet more passive aggressive ... They overcharged. Said new bill was £7.50. yet new contract. £6.4. paying advance.. 40p.max 6.80 bill. Ciscas agree. But nooooo. We aren't gaslighting you. We aren't being passive aggressive and I get angry . And swear in the face of it.. but how dare I tell them you are wrong. Today 4 separate advisors of the naughty boy . Not allowed to talk to the general teams .. team. Just kept on with dominating . Gaslighting . Shouting over the top of me. If sky gets back to this . I have recordings of your abuse of me. And there is more to hear . This year it seems after COVID .. customers service everywhere is just looking for a fight. But sky have been like it for decades . You disagree. They will be like rabid dogs through a veil of a smile . When I'm finished with ciscas. I'm getting out of my contract early. All of you that want cheap . But abuse . Stay with them. Had it. I'm waiting for sky to come at me with the usual .. but you did this . But but but. It's bs. Bad customer service.

The most shocking contract to use mobile data with !!!
I was with sky before and used to have bundles of spare data every month to put in the sky piggy bank , since I joined a second time it’s eating the data a a ridiculous speed , the customer services are about as helpful as an underwater hairdryer !!!
Steer clear of sky mobile if you want a good data package, it’s literally the worst value for money on the market , and worst customer service to go with it .

My phone sim was not working for 2 days. Caused so much problem. Customer services behaving in disgusting manner. Not given name when asked. This people’s customer services is disgusting. I called 10 minutes ago the customer service advisor was behaving like she owns the place. Never gave her name although I asked couple of times. She said she will send me feedback link which she never.

Had no signal for about 3-4 weeks called them and said they’ll sort it never did and tried to call again now saying my account number doesn’t match so got to carry on with having a phone with no signal and can’t receive or make calls or texts and mrs is heavenly pregnant and my daughter dont live with me so can’t get hold off me so scared

Trying to upgrade my phone. The one I have now is more expensive then the one I am trying to get and never missed a payment and yet they still declined my upgrade. SIM never mind

SKY Mobile - Useless technical assistance
I've had a Sky Mobile contract for past two months but can't receive calls or OTPs. This makes looking for new work and managing apps impossible. Sky Mobile help can only suggest trying to turn phone off and on again and their ChatBot doesn't recognise the "can't receive calls" request. Tied into the contract that they are incapable of honoring. UPDATE - After 11 months and no assistance at all, I have moved my number to another service provider. No problem receiving calls and texts now.

Has anybody noticed how Sky give mis-leading names to their products, such as 'FREE SIM' it is not and 'SKY BOOST' which has nothing to do with boosting your signal. The later I bet was seen, by most, as a physical add on to their internet, it is not, so check it out if you are under that misapprehension.
Very poor service from Sky Mobile re. SIM's
I have been with Sky for various services continually for almost 25-years but my recent experience with Sky Mobile regarding two SIM only deals was woeful. The price climbed over time so I was ready to leave for another, but Sky convinced me to stay with a revised pricing offer (still not the lowest) that then took four phone calls, emails and various other messages to get what was promised to happen immediately into place. In the end it took a week of unnecessary grief on my part. Very poor.
