Great service until now; HUGE billing issues with no response
Like others I’ve had great service for years. I’ve been billed $149.99 over 60 times in the past month, up to 8 times in one day. No response to texts or emails. No telephone # to call. I’m on the phone with my credit card provider everyday to dispute the charges.

i was billed 29 times and 29 times June to the sum of $9000 I emailed with no response, I called the FBI and they were helpful and took a report, you can file a report by going to IC3.gov. I am also calling the Secret Service internet fraud department.

i gave one star because -negative star wasn’t an option. I ENDED MY SM RED PLAN LAST YEAR BUT STARTING IN APRIL 2024 They pulled $149.99 out of my account 11 times!!! 2 times in April and 9 times in May. I had to call my bank and put a stop payment in place. The available SM NUMBER WAS USELESS WITH A BUSY TONE ONLY. They never replied to my many emails reaching out to them for assistance. Talking to live person is VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE! Team Mobil is my provider now and is 100% more dependable and professional. Google it. You’ll see many complaints about sky mobile just like mine.

Wow, they billed my credit card 27 times, $149.00 each time. I emailed them several times, no working phone number. It seems that if they got hacked that they would send out notifications. This company needs to be prosecuted, it's nothing short of stealing. We all need to contact our states attorney General.

I might as well add to the inputs- I have been with this company over 3+ years and have never had a billing issue. I have had equipment issues that were resolved but it did take a while due to the communication being only email. April they took out 2 payments. May they took out 8 payments then alerted me telling me my card was declined for May. I began emailing them to the 3 emails available - which resulted in emails and more texts telling me my payment was being declined. Well- you maxed out my credit card. Looking further I noticed another Credit card of mine was also being billed another 11 times for May! I cancelled both cards since the only way you can remove the card from the account is by adding a new payment or cancelling the card itself. I emailed them a few more times- this time using old communications that had a person attached since they helped in the past and I have not received a response to this day. $3100 later I am patiently waiting to see if the credit card companies can recover some of the money.
Someone has either hacked this company or they have turned to the dark side and are doing nothing but scamming people. Sad since I had very good wifi service.

Charged after cancelation
I was a customer of Skymobile. Canceled our service in June of 2023. In May of 2024 was charged 8 times in two days. I have emailed them multiple times regarding this because there is no phone number to get hold of them. I have yet to receive any reply.
Multiple unauthorized charges over the past years after cancelling services.
SkyMobile LLC has deducted MULTIPLE unauthorized charges from my account via debit card over the past year, AFTER having cancelled my account with a billing specialist, back in May of 2022.
It started back in September of 2023. I checked my account and saw a charge from SkyMobile LLC in the amount of $550. That charge was followed by an email from a Mike Correa, claiming that I had not returned equipment for my service. First of all, they charged me up front before my service even began for what was presumably the equipment. There was no signed documentation to back their claim so I gathered all of my supporting evidence, replied and then disputed the charge. I then cancelled the debit card originally used on the account and then got a new one.
Just this morning (5/26/2024), I check my account and there are not one, but three unauthorized charges TO MY NEW DEBIT CARD from SkyMobile LLC, in the amount of $149.99. That amount is consistent with the monthly bill for service.
I dont know what kind of operation they have going but this is not how you conduct business. I will be contacting the authorities soon to open an investigation.

I've had them for years and then suddenly last week I was billed 2 days in a row. I emailed them thinking this must be a simple mistake, but they have attempted to bill me 2 x day every day since then. The only reason I haven't been charged each time is because I don't have enough in my account now! I am getting absolutely no response to my emails to customer service. So i decided to Google skymobile to see if i could find anything online about anyone else having this issue, and found it here. I am absolutely going to have to cancel the card and cancel the service. What is going on????
Good luck resolving severe overbilling by company
NO communications if they decide not to respond. They double billed me in April 2024, and then in May 2024 they billed me 4 times and I terminated my credit card or it would have been a dozen times by now. They keep sending me messages that I need to update my credit card so they can bill me a few more times, but no one will respond to at least a dozen emails from me concerning the billing problem. They have overbilled me now close to $800.00.
6/4/24- I have tried contacting the company MANY times in the last month with no response. The one phone number I found is never in service. I have emailed support and sales and any email address I could find and no response. I have used their chat platform on their webpage and no response. I continue to dispute an extra $900.00 in charges put on my credit card in April (once) and May (the rest of them) 2024. DO NOT do business with this company or find someway to pay using a card that carries only one month's billing on it.
6/4/24- We lost internet service so they have terminated us despite having charged us $900.00 in excess of our normal bill. A friend's account who was also over billed lost internet today also. Still no response to any of my many attempts to contact the company. Still no response from my credit card company about the disputed charges.
Billing is a disaster!
I had such great internet service with this group when I was using them. But the billing has been consistent headache. I have been double charged many times. I finally got cable internet so I cancelled the service. Since the day I sent their equipment back I have been charged twice a day a month payment. Their website is down so I can't get in and change my card information to stop this. So now I am out 900.00 with no way to stop them over the weekend from just pulling out as many monthly payments as they want. Not having a phone number to reach someone is a HUGE downside to this service. Waiting on them to respond to emails is excruciating.
Utter shambles of a company
Utter shambles of a company, recently renewed a contract on behalf of the mrs and to start with was outright lied to about what deal I would be getting.
My bill came and was totally different to what was discussed. Then when I speak to them they denied ever telling me I could have said contract.
They then agreed to compensate by £2 off per month instead.
This never happened. 4 hrs and 5 phone calls finally sorted.
If i could leave I would.

I’ve ordered a few devices from Sky Mobile all good but I bought a Samsung A9 Tab for work. The item arrived with damage…it’s clearly been dropped as the corner has clear evidence of damage, I contact them and the only thing they can do is take it back for “review” and potential repair…they clearly sold me a returned item and claimed it as new. Not good enough.

First of all I am reviewing SkyMobileLLC, the mobile internet provider. I have been a customer of theirs for years but in April they began double charging my card. I did not catch it until they double charged me in May. I wrote an email to both support and billing. Rather than respond to my email, they started double charging me everyday this week until the total overcharge amount was $1200.
At one time they were a good company, but something sinister happened. Stay far away from them.
BEWARE
Last month I wrote a note so nice review about this company after being triple billed and their failure to answer emails within a reasonable amount of time. Later when they finally did respond I was told that the entire office was out sick with something and they refunded me my money with an apology and an assurance this was a one time fluke. So I deleted my previous review. Well here we are one month later and I've been quadruple billed and over 600 dollars has been taken from my bank account. I've been emailing them two times a day for several with no response. There is no telephone number that I can find. I have had this service for well over a year and I haven't had many issues... A couple of times the system went down for a week or more and I was not given a refund for that time but as we live in a very rural area our choices of internet providers are slim to none so I just dealt with it and moved on. At this point I am fed up!! I don't know about anyone reading this but I can't pay 600+ dollars for internet service per month and even if I could afford I wouldn't pay that. I filed a complaint with the BBB but still nothing. Yesterday I went so far as to remove my debit card from the account and guess what...overnight they somehow managed to charge me another 149.99 now I have no money left in my checking account and I have had to file fraud claims at my bank. I will say the service is great but their customer service is a 0. My advice to anyone considering skymobile for home Internet is to use a prepaid debit card and only load the amount of that months bill otherwise they will take it all. I just pray I get my money back and soon. I'm pretty sure they would be upset if I took all their money from their bank account and refused to respond or try and make it right. So beware of these people.

Sky Mobile has got to be the most disappointing telecom service out there. Their network is abysmal, leaving me stranded without any service precisely when I needed it the most. What’s worse, they slapped me with exorbitant roaming charges, and to add insult to injury, I couldn't even place a single call while abroad. Despite assurances from their customer service team about a refund, it never materialised. I'm counting down the days until my contract expires so I can bid farewell to this nightmare of a provider.
There's is no option for ZERO stars
There's is no option for ZERO stars. Avoid sky mobile. Have 3 phones with them. Mine and 2 kids. Despite paying for their data plans neither phone has been working. One has network but no data for the last year the other has neither. Have spoken to multiple people over the issue but they have done nothing to fix it or reimburse me for paying for services I'm not getting. Their customer service is shocking. Closing my complaint without resolving the issue. Good luck speaking to their call centre in timbuktu or wherever where their English is poor and they fob you off daily.
