I renewed my LX2 Sky Caddie over the phone. I had dropped it and cracked the cover. They informed me that they dont replace the cover but I could get a new golf watch for $95. I opted out for now. The watch still works fine so I will wait until I need to replace it. They are always very informative and helpful. When I need to upgrade I will definitely start with them!🙂

What spoilt the re-newal experience is the tax added to my price, we shouldn't be paying USA TAX

The service is great, but I had trouble trying to renew my membership. I had to get into a chat conversation with a representative to get the process done. I kept getting emails saying that I needed to renew my membership before it expired and you would think it would be a simple task, but it turned out to be a process. I would think about fixing the website to make it easier for your customers to renew or add automatic renewal to their account.

It is all ways a problem to activate i was not able to use when i played. it wanted some kind of code before i could start my round. so i just turned it off an put it in my bag.

The website to re register my golf watch is absolute rubbish. Impossible to navigate and unable to get to register. Had superfluous emails saying I was registered then further emails saying I was not. Can’t make head or tails of the site.should be a simple thing to do but made difficult. Help people are unhelpful
Having had my watch for nine years it should be easy having registered easily in the past

No problem understand the technical

It's very hard work finding the way round the website to achieve the desired result. The web designers need to sit down with some non-techie users to improve things.

I have an SX400 Sky Caddie - accidently dropped it, caught an edge and cracked the screen.

Contacted Sky Golf support - they stated it cannot be fixed just get new one. What a disgrace - you pay over £250 and they cannot fix it. Plus you pay subscription - May as well buy another cheaper product no subscription and half the price.

Have had 3 sky caddies - never again!!

I really like my sky caddy but think the increase in subscription is too big.
