Good service but not a perfect score as disappointed the family membership has been ended so some of my devices now need a separate payment to work or become useless.

Recently renewed my membership. I have used my LX 5 twice on the course since renewing. It worked perfect.

I had originally downloaded the mobile app. I am using an Android device which was an older version of the app. It would not allow me to upload a recently mapped practice course that I had sent in all of the data to Sky golf. They told me that an update for the Android app would be coming out but they could not give me a time frame. I purchased a refurbished Sky Caddy unit in the hopes I could see the practice course that I play most often. It also was unable to be downloaded. But after contacting Sky golf technical support, they were able to fix the issue so that I could download the practice course that I play. I'm very happy since that issue was resolved and I appreciate their willingness and ability to help resolve this issue for me.

Very disappointed I was unable to renew my membership with my AIREII. It’s been a very dependable device for several years and I just replaced the battery - otherwise no additional costs. Cannot wear a watch or afford the upgraded models on my fixed income.

I was having a little trouble switching over from a previous owner but the on screen help put me through to a very helpful assistant who guided me through the process perfectly. Well done. 👏🏻

First opportunity to use the golf app with yardage and layout. Really reliable and correct info for each hole. I’m on a 30 day trial with another round this week at a different course. I Iove the info setup after each hole for putts etc.

Paid full price for an SX550 and, over the years, several subscriptions. It doesn't seem reasonable, to me, that when my last subscription expired I was denied the further use of my SkyCaddie until I renewed. I play a single course, Quinton Oaks, that hasn't been resurveyed in years. I only use the GPS mapping function on the 550, never the other, useless to me, functions.
