Offered me an upgrade for a previous skycaddie that refused to work. My only complaint is why didn't they have a site to fix the problem with my old skycaddie

Since you made some changes to the subscription names I couldn't find my plan. I used the chat feature and the gentleman was very helpful and actually did e erything for me. It was very easy.

went online to renew, got a confirmation that i had renewed and my watch still tells me to renew and will not work?

Would have given 4 stars but I had to do two chats with different experts to try and resolve my issues with the three SkyCaddies I own. As of this rating only one of the SkyCaddies is up to date with the software release!

It was very easy to renew my membership plan. I wish my SkyCaddie (500SX) wasn’t quite so cumbersome and the charging cord won’t easily stay connected to the unit.

Excellent service

I've complained for years that the software was the worst in the inhabited galaxy. The wifi connection now is much better, but it still took two tries to complete the renewal. I changed my phone number on the account, but it did not change it on the handheld unit.

The agent knew actually what to do when I was having trouble getting into your website to renew...Handled promptly...

I thought the on line process for simple renewal was too complicated and time consuming.

everyone worked to get my plan correct and to make sure I was set up properly

I have used my Sky Caddie handheld for almost 6 years and probably at over 3 dozen courses. Having accurate yardages, especially on courses I have never played before, is critical. It also shows water hazards and other penalty areas you can't see from the tee.

I bought an SW2 watch, and it provided me with front, middle and back green distances reliably for a number of years. However, up dating the watch has always been a nightmare, via the website, and the updates are completely unnecessary, just extending the license. Then SkyCaddie and removed the functionality to update via cable, and you can't update via blue tooth due to the age of the watch. Hence it is now rendered useless, as the expended license can't be applied. SkyCaddie could only offer a reduction in the cost of a replacement - still £100! So, don't buy a SkyCaddie thinking you have a long term product!
I have replaced it with a Garmin - much beeter!

Can't connect

It's a very easy process to keep my GPS active and on line especially when some golf courses don't have GPS systems for their course then my skycaddy comes in really good for the yardage I'm looking for;; really the only thing I don't like with the renewal process is when I renew it's the day before it expires and the day keeps sliding backward which means each year I'm loosing a day to renew

The renewal process was simple until the end. I was told there was another step to continue my subscription, which I could not figure out how to do, so I just signed out and my Sky-caddie is working fine.

Like the watch works great one thing how often do you upgrade the courses

I have been a customer for over 13 years and you have always been responsive and delivered on an ever improving product that I can’t find elsewhere in the marketplace. I will continue to be a customer as long as you keep up the great customer service and great product improvements.

The gps watch seems quite accurate. I’ve checked it against a laser and course markers. I had another product by a different company that was not consistently accurate. So far I’m happy with this, but I will have to try more courses to make sure. My only quibble is the forced registration and registration process.

The person at SkyCaddie was very very helpfull and did exactly what he said he would do and returned my watch in perfect running order. Great Company :)
