I have been a Skycaddie user since your beginning. The last 5 years have been an abomination. The website is VERY user unfriendly. I can’t even use my iPad to connect. I now have to use my wife’s laptop. The devices have become unreliable. It took me several attempts to merely renew my membership. It finally took a phone call to accomplish what used to take just a couple of minutes on my iPad.

Easy to renew

Hard to negotiate all the pages to finally hook it up to the correct GPS unit. I have three. Would be nice to have a plan for all three instead of needing a plan for each.

There is someone (person ) I was able to talk to about the information or problem I'm having with thew GPS watch.

It was easy to purchase the upgrade but could not download it to activate…..calling customer service is a joke…nobody ever answers ….upgrade but not able to download…..

The update is a lot easier then it used to be.

I did have to go on the chat line as it was not clear when my subscription would run from and end

Adjusting your shots, particularly putts is too time consuming. The programme kept freezing while saving. Had to restart several times The tags on the putts are too big and hide other putts. The whole of the green display is too small. Putting from off the green is not allowed and won’t be recognised until moved on to the green. Very disappointed as the initial outlay on tags is very expensive.

Problem activating my renewal was simply and effectively resolved by your customer service operator. Excellent and fast response

easy to operate, difficult to see with old eyes. and not enough battery life...one roun and needs charging

just about everything I tried to do there was a problem. No help from the so called help desk.
I had to keep trying things both online and on the skycaddie until I think everything is working..

The SkyCaddie Pro 5X is an outstanding GPS range finder. When I set the pin on the green to find my range it's within one yard of my laser range finder. I also find the range rings with club recommendations a very handy option, it's really helped me make determinations on clubs when I know that a club won't take me over the green or put me in a hazard. Thanks for a great product.
