Just been chatting with Oli - actually a nice experience compared to some I have had here in Switzerland recently. He answered all my queries quickly and honestly. For sure I will look for assistance again in the future, but I know this will not be a problem. Very good.
Prompt and helpful pre sales advise
Via initially email and then webchat Oli has been great at answering my numerous questions about the different options available.... we will now be placing an order soon :)

I would have given zero stars
I would have given zero stars, but that does not seem permissible. Thus service is misleading because you have to use UK proxies to create and register an account. The website does not tell you the complications involved and opening an account encounters one problem after another, if you are outside the UK.
The helpline is a joke, unveiling the complications one at time.
I have cancelled the service due to the complications in getting a viewing card.

I have been dealing with Skycards.eu for a few years now.
Want to enjoy Sky Sports, Movies or Entertainment over the internet or satellite? No problem.
Want to have BT sports? No problem.
Your Skycard stopped working for no fault of your own? No problem, the ship you a new one asap.
Want to have USA channels like Sling Tv, Disney+, CBS All acces, Britbox USA, Espn+, NBC Sports Gold over the internet? No problem.
Want to have USA Netflix and Hulu við HBO ad-on? No problem.
These people will bend over backwards to solve every problem and find solutions that suit your needs.
Five stars all the way.

payments to sky cards eu…
We have subscribed to the entertainment package plus HD which in total comes to £34
Last month after lots of emails I managed to get them to take the £34 after they had tried to take £55 and then on a second occasion£45
This month the payment should be £34
But on checking my bank account £55 had been taken
I emailed them and at this time the reply was we are looking into it
Why don’t the refund the £55 and take out the correct amount £34
That is the way it should be done
We will wait and see
My advice is please watch how much the take out of your bank account
I have read the reply from skycards eu and I do not agree with there reply
Firstly I told them I wanted the entertainment package at £34 but was put on the family package at a cost of £45 unbeknown to me
As for the £10 charge for late payment or declined credit card I totally disputed this but after several emails I have got no where. In future all clients should check how much this company takes from your account
The only really good thing I find with this company is they do respond to your emails
In my opinion this company is well aware that UK residents living abroad want sky tv and they certainly know how to charge. Be careful

I have made several phone calls
I have made several phone calls, sent several E-mails as I have had no BT channels for about six weeks although I am still paying for it. I spoke to Tom and he assured me BT would be back on within 48 hours, that was last Monday (sunday today). I have been give several reasons (excuses) for this and still no further forward. This is not the first time I have had problems like this with Skycards and to be honest, the service fron them is very,very poor

Terrible service and company...They get…
Terrible service and company...They get UK sky cards registered to UK addresses and then sell them to unsuspecting customers. When SKY UK find out about this misuse of their card they cancel it. Sky Cards EU then expect you to pay for another, even if you have only had the card for 2 months.
Terrible company to do business with when something goes wrong as they just don't care and expect more money.
They then hold you to ransom, as they have already taken their annual fee and the fee for the UK card that you have no control other other than through them, Mon - Fre 09.00 - 17.00 and only through email, as they only want to talk to you when if it is to buu something... Once you have paid they want very little to do with you.. Crap customer service...Don't use there are other companies out there...
Having read your reply, I must agree someone can email you 24hrs a day, but if they want to call you other than to buy something it's tough luck. The response is please email.
You now have 37% 1 star ratings, yet always blame the customer.
If there is an issue with a credit card payment it is not always the fault of your customer, to then just state we are all bad debtors is an easy cope out until some calls you out on it.
Improve your customer service and attitude to customers...37% 1 star ratings can't all be wrong about you..
You write quite politely here, yet your direct emails to customers who have an issue are completely different...
I will accept your advice and use another company with far better ratings...
