This company experienced an unforeseen shipping error resulting in delay of refund but finally came through and lived up to their high ranking here on TrustPilot. Amazing customer service, had an issue over the weekend sent an email on Sunday morning not expecting anything to happen until Monday, but within an hour received a reply apologising and saying problem now sorted. Truly above and beyond

Excellent customer service. The equipment was dispatched quickly and the setup document walked me through step by step without any problems.
I had a problem with my VPN and sent the company an email at 10 o'clock on a SATURDAY night. They emailed me back within 20 minutes and fixed it.
THAT is why they get 5 stars. Cheaper than sky by a long chalk!!

Contact over the weekend
I contacted them on the weekend, as I changed internet provider and their provided VPN no longer worked and I got a response within a few hours. None of this we only work 9 to 5. The initial offered solution did not fix it, so they contacted me again over the weekend with an additional solution and it worked. Fantastic service

I have been paying for this service…
Edit: Skycards.eu took a payment of 14.27€ from my bank account on the 9th of august. I’ve paid for a service that I’ve been blocked from using. You need to sort this out today.
I have been paying for this service since January. Last month I added a subscription to a channel for €0.12 p/m. Payment was taken for the subscription but I received an email from roku telling me that there was a problem with my payment and I should log into my account and update my payment details, despite the fact that they haven't changed. My access to the full subscription has now been blocked and I cannot get an answer on the telephone. Perhaps a 1 star review will prompt you to contact me instead of expecting me to do your admin for you? I've paid for a service that I cannot use. I am going to expect a refund.

Had the same issue as "Walton" here below. Unlike him I dealt with it as an adult. This can happen when you are using a UK service outside of UK. Glad to say I have my new box and card and I have my Sky channels again. Super service as always from Tom and co. Highly recommended.

Horrible People
Used them (as in past tense) to watch SKY in France, thought they had semi kosher arrangement with SKY, NO!
On 15th of May 2022 when Man City was winning the league, my box stopped being a SKY Box.
Subsequently discovered that SKY had cancelled around a thousand of this company's customers (could have been all of them, I don't know, they admit to around a thousand).
Not only did SKY cancel my card but I now need a new SKY box ( and so do lots of others).
Add to this, that there are no guarantees that SKY won't target this non kosher operation again in the future, why would anyone buy in a new SKY box and recommence using their service?
OH I loved being called a piece of a piece of excrement by the ever friendly Tom on their customer service hotline.

Skycards.eu have been most supportive over the years living in Germany and wanting to watch Sky, etc. Recently, there was an issue and they addressed it and kept working to fix the problem. I highly recommend them.

Full Sky Q system, VPN router and monthly subscriptions, all provided by Skycards.eu
Generally helpful and quick reply to issues via email.
Slightly misleading information at inception led to expensive corrective actions later, but it was finally corrected after some delay and numerous emails. (The correct "Region" is still not fixed)
Overall very expensive (equipment, delivery, monthly VPN and 6 monthly "administration charges" - in addition to the channel subscription fees) but a working and stable solution for watching UK Sky TV in continental Europe.
