Just received my coffee,dreadful.If you like the taste of burnt coffee beans soaked in petrol then this is it.Waste of money

Same deal paid no product delivered charged me for the second month with still no product i was messaged by Amanda as well with no resolutions

Originally I was very impressed with skullcrusher. However some 6 weeks after ordering x2 500g of packs of coffee and x2 free mugs, I am still waiting, despite contacting them several times.
They kept giving me a tracking number but no other information, now they just won't reply to my messages.
It has left a very distasteful feeling with me. I now find myself nearly £30 out of pocket. Buy at your risk and expense

I don't recognise the business described in the low reviews. I always have had great service.

As far as the coffee goes, if you prepare it correctly it is unparalleled. The roast is perfect. Over-cooking it in your espresso maker it is horrendous.

Ordered, recieved all the usual confirmations. Just under a week goes by and the status of my order still stays confirmed so I email to ask for an update. Amanda responds say that my order is delayed because they are waiting for an ingredient and it should be shipped that week. This is where I check trustpilot because the coffee is still in stock on the website and this seems line total bulls**t if you ask me. I give it two days and nothing changes so I reply to Amanda, asking for an eta and threatening trading standards and to contact my bank to report fraud. I had a tracking number within hours and received it two days later. I'm not sure why it took that for them to be so prompt but I probably won't order from here again. 😕

As soon as I opened the bag and the burnt chemical like smell hit me I knew I had made a huge mistake ordering from Skull Crusher.
Things got worse when I tried to brew a cup in the cafetiere, the coffee looks like tar.
Finally, against my better judgement, I tasted it, the taste is absolutely vile. I would not recomend this coffee to anyone.
When I emailed customers services to cancel the subscription I was told there was a 2 order minimum limit before I could cancel. They would rather force an unsatisfied customer to buy coffee from them that will go directly into the bin.

Annoyingly placed an order for ground and not beans, I sent a message to customer support immediately, by the time they responded it was too late. No effort from there side to help. Cancelled what I thought was going to be a long term subscription. Will look elsewhere for my coffee subscription.

I placed an order over a week ago with a 2-4 working day delivery. still not received it 7 working days later. Royal Mail tracking order says they are waiting for parcel still. I have emailed them and got nothing back, shocking. I asked for a refund. luckily I got it via paypal so will be raising a query with them. wish I had read the reviews on here beforehand and not all the 5 star ones off their website.

Would give a zero if I could! Unbeknownst to me I had stupidly signed up to a subscription- cancelling isn’t so straight forward and as of yet they have not agreed the return of the items not wanted! I have 3 bags of 500g coffee that is just unopened and unwanted. Emailed them through the website as per request for returning - absolutely no response, acknowledgement nor reply!

I would give it a 0 if I could. The coffee itself is great. The customer service however is beyond disappointing. Not only did my order NOT arrive, customer service did not help me nor reply for weeks at a time & they have refused to refund me for something I DID NOT RECIEVE!? I am shocked considering it really is a simple problem, if the item does not arrive, you get a refund, or at least some help!

Coffee is lovely rich in flavour, bit pricey and the mug for 70 quid don't know what that's about seems abit stupid but all in all pretty good you'll be pinging on caffeine in two cups (standard mug size). still buy to this day.

Order didn't arrive. multiple attempts at contact ignored. Jokers, absolute jokers.

This place is the worst.
Seriously, save yourselves literal months of frustration. I've ordered from here a few times, and the service only seems to get worse, to the point where I just had to stop. Almost every delivery comes late. And they'll "forget" to send out any free merchandise they're offering. Twice they "forgot" my free mugs, and once I had to wait 4 weeks for some merch I ordered that didn't arrive with the rest of my delivery. When I did finally get it, it was after about a dozen emails from me and a few from them, one of which they said that I hadn't ordered any extra merch, even though I'd given them my order number. Luckily I'd kept a screenshot.
They also charged me after I cancelled my subscription and despite me providing them evidence of my cancellation they refused to give me a refund, even though I offered to return the (unordered) coffee. The final straw came when I decided to give up on the refund, but requested the free mug that should have arrived with the cancelled subscription delivery that they didn't cancel. First I was told that they'd send it to me, but that I'd have to pay for the postage and packaging. Obviously I said that this was unacceptable. Now despite me having sent many more emails requesting my mug, I have been completely ghosted. I've kept screenshots and emails from all of this too.
I can't lie, the coffee is good. But it's not worth the stress and disrespect you'll receive.

WISH I'D READ OTHER REVEW BEFORE BUYING! After buying a coffee & mug bundle for Xmas gift, the mug didnt arrive. I was asked to pay P&P for it to be sent out. Now they are not answering my emails as I don't think I should have to pay again. Very disappointing website and customer relations experiences. Feel totally ripped off, and myself & friend are left disappointed. Don't buy. Would give then '0' if it was possible.

1* too many! It takes months to cancel a subscription, when they do finally deliver it'll probably be expired, and the customer service team is completely unresponsive. They have a sister company called Black Wolf Coffee. Also avoid at all costs

I have ordered from this company many times without issue. Then I set up a subscription....DO NOT DO IT - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!
Back in November I asked to cancel it, and got an email back from Amanda saying there were perks to keeping it, maybe I just wanted to extend the length of time. So I dutifully replied asking again for it to be cancelled. Again, I got the exact same email/wording as a response. Again, I emailed to say cancel the subscription, I then got a response from Gerard saying the order had been shipped so it couldn't be cancelled. I responded with a very blunt email saying cancel the subscription. I looked on my account and couldn't see any active subscription so had assumed that they had finally done what I had asked.
Fast forward to this morning....I received an email saying I have been charged for my subscription!
These people do not have any idea about customer service and now I will be contacting my credit card company to reclaim my money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
