First time purchasing from skin library, definitely worth it. Very easy process, supports Apple Pay 🙌. Fast delivery and very helpful customer service. I will buy again.

Great product descriptions which aids in quick decision making! Wide variety of products too! Checkout was quick and easy. Delivery was speedy and I loved the personal message and free samples given with my order! The Skin Library will definitely be my first point of call for skincare products and will highly recommend to friends and family! I love that is black owned too!

Ordering from Skin Library for easy and hassle free. From finding the products to receiving it. Thank you

I am really satisfied with my order from Skin Library. They have a variety of Korean skincare products that are difficult to come across in Europe and their pricing is really reasonable as well. The delivery was fast and my package included free samples. I would highly recommend shopping with Skin Library!

I really love the products . That doesn’t my skin white patchy once applying on my skin .

Really impressed with my first order. A beautifully designed and well organised website, arrived quickly, well packaged and with a handwritten thank you. Definitely will be reordering my Cosrx products from them again.

Excellent products, fast delivery, free samples, lovely website - what more could you ask for? I will definitely be ordering from Skin Library again!

I ordered a few face mask and it arrive surprisingly quickly considering the pandemic. The team was lovely enough to write a short sweet message in my package as well as a few cute korean samples which I also admire a lot. It felt very warm and personal which never hurts and always goes a long way.

A new loyal customer x

Fell in love! Found every k-beauty product i wanted to try on the website. Useful information about skincare as well! The customer service is very good. They tracked my order immediately after I reached out to them. So happy we have a company like this one in Europe so I don’t have to purchase Korean products overseas! :) definitely not my last order

Excellent service, a very well thought out site & interesting products to try! I much prefer shopping with skin library than I do with yesstyle

Skinlibrary has become a treasured place to shop for the following reasons: they LISTEN, their customer service is second to none, they are always approachable and their range of products is not just extensive but relevant!

As living in Portugal we don't hawe so many Korean skin care options, I was wery happy to find that skin library ships to my country. It was fast and I did have any problems, also received some testers and a hand written note from the team.
Wery pleased by the purchase

Skin Library is a very good site for getting Korean skin care products, the prices are very reasonable along with the delivery costs. When ordering you receive some free samples of other products and a thank you note from the skin library team. There is plenty of useful advice on the site itself, explaining what skin type the products are for, what indigents do what and how to use the products. I highly recommend skin library.

Amazing service for hard to find skin products that I have grown to love. Many thanks. I will be ordering again

I ordered the K beauty essential kit, where you get a cleansing oil, water based cleanser, toner, sheet mask, essence and moisturiser. It’s such w great introductory kit into Korean skincare, and my skin over time has improved and is more balanced! The delivery came within just a few days and the packaging was lovely too!
