I still haven’t received my order. I’ve contacted the support email THREE times asking for an update and NO ONE has responded. Horrible experience.

Amazing experience
Very nice selection of products. I bought a few items during the winter sale and it all went smoothly. I also had a few questions regarding international shipping because of the covid restrictions and I got an answer within minutes of contacting them on instagram. They are very kind and helpful. I can't wait to shop here again!

Hi T,
Thank you for the positive review, we are so glad to hear you are happy with our customer service. Hope you enjoy your order!
Fast Delivery, Quality products + Helpful free samples!
Products came quickly (considering the Royal Mail delays) with two free samples that match the skin concern of the products I purchased! Will definitely try them out to see if they help with my hyperpigmentation and if so I intend to buy the non-sample versions !
Also I stan skin library facial masks! The masks soak up most of the serum unlike masks you might buy in a drug store i.e. garnier. So less product is wasted!

One of the best experiences I’ve had…
One of the best experiences I’ve had ordering k-beauty or beauty products at all online. Everything arrived safe & sound, and I like the option to purchase minis. All the products I’ve tried have been as I was hoping. Skin Library provided better package tracking and a prompter delivery than most sites I’ve ordered from.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for shopping with us for you K-beauty needs! We are so glad to hear you enjoy the option to purchase mini's as we knew it would be difficult to purchase a full size product without trying it out first, so we decided to launch the mini shop.
It's also lovely to hear you have enjoyed the products as much as we do!
Hope to see you shop with us soon.

Great selection of quality K-Beauty…
Great selection of quality K-Beauty products in fair prices. The delivery was fast and I got some nice little samples too! What's more important for me is the fact that, even though there was an issue with one of the items missing, it was resolved smoothly with fast replies on my e-mail and then a next day express delivery for the missing item together with more samples! Honest mistakes are always possible, but for a company to be able to respond rapidly like that, resolving the issue and keep a happy customer ..that's greatly appreciated. Thank you skin library :)
