I still haven’t received my order. I’ve contacted the support email THREE times asking for an update and NO ONE has responded. Horrible experience.

Delivery was speedy and they communicated so well throughout, items came really carefully packed with a wonderful note and TWO free samples which was such a pleasant surprised. Such a stress-free ordering experience, definitely my go-to skincare one-stop shop now :-)

I LOVE Skin Library
I LOVE Skin Library. This time last year I had no idea where to start with skin care and after lots of searching I found Skin Library and skin care suddenly felt easier. Being newbee I started off with a simple 3 step routine and over the months i've be trying out different products and incorporating new things into my routine. They are and will continue to be my go-to for skin essentials.

Great products and great service unfortunately my last order has gone missing but while royalmail has stayed it was delivered I haven’t received which is now being investigated but other than the fault on royalmail side I can’t fault the company, for providing a great variety of skincare products
