Great company. Had a problem with one of my orders, they sorted it out quickly and with professionalism.

Love this company, have waited for so long to find a easy way of buying Korean skincare. I have been using the Miracle cream and sheet masks for a month and can honestly aee a difference. Quick delivery and some free samples!

The best website I’ve ever (honestly!) shopped from. The delivery was so quick and they gave me lots of samples and even wrote a personal thank you note too. Will definitely be shopping from them again and recommend to anyone and everyone.

My skin is in love with the products. The serums have been a life saver in getting my skin to glow and look so flawless.

Shipping is always quick (roughly 3-4days) and pleasantly packaged too. Would be perfect to send to someone as a gift as it’s so nicely wrapped.

Skin Library always offer a fantastic experience. A great range of products and a generous selection of free samples with each order. Haven't been disappointed with a purchase yet!

Amazing company with great social media presence. Quick to reply DMs on Instagram on questions on the best products to use for particular skin concerns. They also offer mini sized products which means you can test them out without spending all your coin and see what works best with your skin. Range of products for most if not all skin concerns. My go to for skincare

Love Skin Library! The website is fabulous and very easy to navigate. They've also got a super handy ingredients list that will help you on your journey of skin discovery.

Deliveries are always on time and they usually include free samples. I used to live in Korea and you usually get free samples when you buy cosmetics so it's nice to see them continuing that here. :)

excellent customer service and communication. order arrived quickly even with delays due to the pandemic. provided lots of excellent samples which convinced me to buy the full sized product when i place my next order :)

Fantastic service. Products arrived quickly, also included with some great samples to try.

Love my stuff. On my second order

Just placed my second order on the skin library, I'm on a skin mission. The website is easy to use full of useful information and you can search by your skin concern. Key ingredients are listed and how to use the product also. Along with this on my first order they had written a little note and included some little samples that extra touch shows great service.

The product arrived in a normal amount of time and was everything I expected. There was even a hand written note 🥰 Thank you guys for providing Korean skincare to the UK

Received my items super quick and it came with a very nice hand written note and some free samples!!! Very much appreciated and I'll look to purchase from you again in the future. Thank you!!

I loved my online shopping experience with the Skin Library! The way they explain the purpose of each product and the science behind why it works is really reassuring that you’re making a good purchase! I’ve tried quite a few of their sheet masks, a few products from the Benton skin care range, the SOME BY MI miracle face cream and the ACWELL toner and they are all musts one my skin care routine! I would highly recommend!!
