Excellent support during my WordPress migration
I had a very positive experience with SiteGround while working on a WordPress website migration from an old hosting provider. The process involved some technical issues with backups, file limits and slow performance on the previous hosting, but SiteGround’s support was clear, professional and helpful.
They explained the available options, guided me through the migration process and made the technical side much easier to understand. The dashboard is also well organised and much easier to work with compared to my previous hosting provider.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the support and the service so far.
